«В целом, условия довольно хорошие, достаточно комфортно. Недостатки - душно в комнате и отсутствие туалетной бумаги в первой половине дня. У меня возникла ситуация, связанная с путаницей с завтраком, администраторы не проявили желания разобраться, перебивали, менталитет явно не клиентоориентированный, а советских времён. Было неприятно общаться, не было конструктивного диалога. Поэтому остался осадок от посещения не из-за потери денег, а из-за отношения.»

«Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.»

«Really like this hotel that we chose back the same hotel when we return to bishkek after going out and about. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Aircon was working great. shower water pressure is powerful. Front desk was absolutely helpful, trying the best they can. breakfast was basic, but not an issue. Many other choices around the area and supermarts were plenty as well. Will choose there again. Easy to get yandex everywhere.»
