First, I must say I really like this hotel, I have been here a few times, great location, a golf course across the road, nice staff, good food, fair but not fantastic animation team.
But this time it disappoints; they are refurbishing the reception as well as the big nice bar with the sea view. So, drilling and banging around the restaurant all day long, not very pleasant. It should be ready around November they say…. WIFI is very bad, I cannot work from here, one minute up, and 15 minutes down.

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

Notaba que muchos comentarios mencionaban el hotel que no vive hasta un nivel de cinco estrellas. Sin embargo, nadie parece quejarse de que el precio tampoco corresponde a un nivel de cinco estrellas. En mi opinión, este es un excelente hotel para el precio.
El hotel dispone de una amplia ubicación, de habitaciones frescas y limpias diariamente, de habitaciones como pantalones de baño y bañeras. A partir de las 4:00 a las 5:00, hay un servicio de té y pasteles complimentarios, que es un hermoso toque.
Este es sin duda un lugar en el que me gustaría volver.

Понравилась зеленая территория и небольшой, но удобный бассейн, создающий ощущение оазиса. Просторные номера, много розеток , просторная душевая, хорошие средства для душа и шампунь. Работает потолочный вентилятор. Кондиционер в номере можно включить за экстрапрайс, +15 долларов в сутки.
Завтрак средний, делают омлет, яичницу и панкейки, вкусные сосиски из мяса. Но. Вся нарезка в баночках. И, ладно, колбаса, сыр, масло порционно в баночках, по три тончайших слайса. Но так же подавать огурцы и помидоры, которые в Кении стоят копейки, это смешно. На дне баночки 2-3 ооочееь тоненьких слайса. Поесть овощной салат утром нереально.
Не разделяю восторженных возгласов по поводу еды в их ресторане, ничего такого. Некоторые блюда совсем невкусные.
Три дня никак не могли не могли нормально поменять полотенца для бассейна. То не приносили и одного, то только одно. При этом, когда ты уже у бассейна и только что заходил в свой номер за полотенцами, которых там, к твоему удивлению (каждый раз) нет, ты вынужден доказывать на ресепшен, что полотенец опять нет. И ты просишь их все-таки принести, тк ты уже у бассейна, к бассейну. Но, эти удивительные люди упрямо не ту их в номер. Но не сразу, конечно, рекорд по скорости 20 минут, а так 40 минут-час. И это после 15ч дня, когда уборка в номере уже была, но полотенца вчерашние унесли, а чистые не принесли. И никто не извиняется. Для них это норма.
В общем, слабый сервис, слабая кухня, расположение. Хорошая территория, бассейн, номера. Завышенные цены за минибар и в целом за кухню.

This is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others

Ottima struttura con tante ville indipendenti nel giardino intorno alla piscina . Direttamente sulla spiaggia ampia e di sabbia bianchissima. Camera master molto bella al primo piano con grande bagno terrazza . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Location was not perfect and not much activities going on there but they’ve more than make up for it with their services, and the food was to die for, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the food if nothing else.

Единственное что сильно раздражает - это вечно пристающих местные жители пытающиеся тебе что-то продать с 100% наценкой. Решили сходить на появившийся остров пешком и поняли, что зря пошли без тапок. Безумно много ежей. Местные «продавцы походов» выручили нас своими тапками, но цену за 3 человека выкатили аж 9 000 Kes, которая сравнима со стоимостью моторной лодки, которая отвезет в место где есть много разнообразных рыбок, морских звезд, и прочих морских обитателей.

MMathNerdSwahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you).
The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems.
So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted.
Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

UUsuario anónimoEverything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone.
It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive.
One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

Los monos y las aves a veces se ayudan de las placas de los huéspedes. Otros hoteles en una situación similar tratan este problema molesto de una manera mejor y más profesional. El refrigerador estaba desaparecido en la habitación y el sistema de teléfono celular tampoco funcionaba.
El hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un precio de 3 estrellas y ofrece un servicio de calidad y una calidad de servicio.

MM253546****不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。
因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。
