Este viaje estuvo dedicado a registrarme en el tren Kodama y, por cierto, me registré en el Hotel Granvia, pensé que no hay muchos hoteles mejores para elegir en Wakayama. Este tiene una puntuación muy alta en Ctrip. Al venir aquí, descubrí que la puntuación alta se debe a una razón. En primer lugar, la ubicación es extremadamente ventajosa, con el centro comercial y la estación JR Wakayama justo afuera de la puerta. The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive. We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.

The hotel is walking distance to Wakayama castle. The rooms are clean because it’s a renovated hotel this year. The morning breakfast buffet is amazing. A varieties of food are there. And also many kinds of drinks are there.

The hotel is walking distance to Wakayama castle. The rooms are clean because it’s a renovated hotel this year. The morning breakfast buffet is amazing. A varieties of food are there. And also many kinds of drinks are there.

Me alojé en Dormy una vez en Hokkaido hace muchos años y quedé muy impresionado con las aguas termales y el ramen nocturno y las bebidas gratis después de las 21:30. Near to JR station and bus station convenient travel to scenic spots. Only some for foreignness don’t silent they handsphone and talk loudly in cabin area. Hopefully service crew can remind before check in. Will stay this hotel again when travel to Wakayama. Thank you

新湯崎車站下來右轉上坡就到，附近吃飯也比較方便，離白濱幾大景點很近，前台會中文的大姐很熱情，入住時仔細交代了晚上預**湯的步驟，房間也給到了最高7樓，可惜這幾天正好🈶颱風，打卡好景點後回來泡私湯那真是太幸福了，酒店雖然有年代感，但也進行了翻新，性價比爆棚，大姐很自豪的説他家的温泉♨️是有證的！

我們系一大一小出行孩子今年11歲，定的系和室房間。現場加錢買了兩位的早餐，每一位早餐2200yen，所以最終入住的價錢大概系850元左右的房間。 設施：環境設施比較好，但系和其他的温泉酒店是它的温泉，全部系室內。這個和我們在和歌山的多米酒店差不多，唯一不同就係，和室向室外看的景觀。直望無際玻璃海太平洋。定這個房間最主要的原因就係景觀，如果注重泡湯的話，就Key terrace比較理想。和室房間景觀非常漂亮，並且和室的房間面積很大，如果入住一家，兩大兩小，肯定是毫無壓力的。 環境：公區環境非常好。前台有一位小美女系可以中文服務，目之所及的位置非常乾淨。 這裏出去坐公交很方便。門口就係公交車站，旁邊有一間挺好食的居酒屋，圖片黑色的屋，就是酒店樓下，可以百度一下。門口有公交車站，基本上JR出來，基本上車都會到。門口公交站3個站，去一點就到白良莊的位置。去崎之湯也很方便。公交車時刻表都放左了圖片。這間酒店我們衹是住了一天，因為第二晚我們要去key terrace，三樂莊的正後方就係萬豪，我覺得萬豪距離沙灘和海景非常遠………其實最主要山坡上的萬豪…那個山坡，真系不是説笑。拉行李的話超級辛苦。千萬不要輕易嘗試。我們沒有拉行，你就是單純行上去都好高，

The best resort I stayed in Japan, spacial thank you to the stuff at the front desk who had been super kind and helpful. The hot spring which overlooks the ocean is stunning, highly recommended!

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

酒店在白浜的主要車站“白浜汽車站”，下來就是。 建築一共6層，客房在3-6層，評價裏説視野不好的，是價格便宜的3層，視野會被外面的松柏擋住這也是情理之中的。視野最好的是6層的皇家海景，620之前的房型應該是和洋式（睡席夢思床），621-628是和式（睡榻榻米），看出遊人數了。 酒店看日落是絕佳的選擇，可以在大堂出去30秒的白沙灘看，也可以往元月島走幾步，在碼頭那邊伴着教師和圓月島的精緻看日落，美不勝收。 雖然白浜是旅遊城市，但是晚餐很少有飯店開門的，所以如果不是自己有交通工具在外面吃完了飯回來的或者打算在超市買泡麪回來吃的，一定要選含早餐和晚餐的選項。西式和和式可選，都是專人服務套餐式的。我看評價裏有寫自選了什麼套餐的、可能是之前沒選，到了飯點在酒店餐廳現點的吧。 基於環保和減少人力的訴求，酒店會根據你選擇的清潔方式提供消費券（見圖），我拿來沖抵了晚餐額外的酒水消費。 我選的房型每天提供水吧的小零食（3包/種）和酒水（聽裝啤酒x2，小瓶裝啤酒x2，聽裝預調酒x1，茶x2，水x2），那傢伙，可以算是相當豐富了，而且不管你當日的有沒有消費掉，第二天的不是補齊，是直接往裡累加啊，直到冰箱裝滿放不下，水和茶我們每天外出遊覽都帶出去消耗了，啤酒愣是沒喝完（當然，不建議帶去餐廳，不禮貌）。 車站出來一定要在門口的汽車站或者旅遊資訊中心拿交通時刻表，主力運營公司有明光巴士，還有一些其他做高速巴士的公司，有車前往各地、但是一定要提前做好時間規劃，車很準時、但是車次不算多，最繁忙的路線也都是要半小時。

新湯崎車站下來右轉上坡就到，附近吃飯也比較方便，離白濱幾大景點很近，前台會中文的大姐很熱情，入住時仔細交代了晚上預**湯的步驟，房間也給到了最高7樓，可惜這幾天正好🈶颱風，打卡好景點後回來泡私湯那真是太幸福了，酒店雖然有年代感，但也進行了翻新，性價比爆棚，大姐很自豪的説他家的温泉♨️是有證的！

我們系一大一小出行孩子今年11歲，定的系和室房間。現場加錢買了兩位的早餐，每一位早餐2200yen，所以最終入住的價錢大概系850元左右的房間。 設施：環境設施比較好，但系和其他的温泉酒店是它的温泉，全部系室內。這個和我們在和歌山的多米酒店差不多，唯一不同就係，和室向室外看的景觀。直望無際玻璃海太平洋。定這個房間最主要的原因就係景觀，如果注重泡湯的話，就Key terrace比較理想。和室房間景觀非常漂亮，並且和室的房間面積很大，如果入住一家，兩大兩小，肯定是毫無壓力的。 環境：公區環境非常好。前台有一位小美女系可以中文服務，目之所及的位置非常乾淨。 這裏出去坐公交很方便。門口就係公交車站，旁邊有一間挺好食的居酒屋，圖片黑色的屋，就是酒店樓下，可以百度一下。門口有公交車站，基本上JR出來，基本上車都會到。門口公交站3個站，去一點就到白良莊的位置。去崎之湯也很方便。公交車時刻表都放左了圖片。這間酒店我們衹是住了一天，因為第二晚我們要去key terrace，三樂莊的正後方就係萬豪，我覺得萬豪距離沙灘和海景非常遠………其實最主要山坡上的萬豪…那個山坡，真系不是説笑。拉行李的話超級辛苦。千萬不要輕易嘗試。我們沒有拉行，你就是單純行上去都好高，

El olor era lo mejor. Conocía las antiguas instalaciones, pero me costaba entender que no las limpiaran. Había basura de huéspedes anteriores en el balcón del baño de pies, y había mucho moho en el baño, así que no podía usarlo. Agua termal en el baño público Fue tan bueno

The best resort I stayed in Japan, spacial thank you to the stuff at the front desk who had been super kind and helpful. The hot spring which overlooks the ocean is stunning, highly recommended!

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor
