«La ubicación es muy cómoda. Pero, es muy lamentable, cuando fui a la cama de desayuno, no había platos especiales de Gonshan, que se difundí por la boca. La habitación era seca, pero no podía añadir salchichas. El aire volaba muy polvo cuando duerme la noche. La salchicha era grande, me relajé muy bien.»

«The location, services & cleanliness and facilities were very superb. But the rooms were just too small and uncomfortable. We could not put 2 pieces of 24-inch luggage. Unable to move much Breakfast & the bath were good & its beauriful exterior was nice to hang out but the rooms weren’t good to rest. Staff were great & breakfast was also very good. Overall it’s a good experience.»

«This was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.»

«El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, rodeado de Takashimaya, Aeon Mall, Don Quijote y Bic Camera. La entrada del hotel tiene escaleras que bajan al sótano, conectando con todos los centros comerciales sin tener que subir a la superficie. La segunda planta del hotel tiene acceso directo a la estación JR de Okayama. La habitación se limpió con rapidez y minuciosidad. El personal del hotel veía a los huéspedes acercarse desde lejos y apartaba la aspiradora, esperando a que pasaran antes de encenderla. También saludaban a los huéspedes con una reverencia desde lejos por la mañana, demostrando un excelente servicio japonés. Como reservé una habitación económica, la habitación era un poco pequeña. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite Okayama.»

«The hotel located perfectly. Not so far from the Okayama Station. And there are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. You also can reach Okayama castle by walk (about 20-25 minutes) The room is very clean. The bed are great. We rested really well after long walks. There is only one flaw: it's impossible to open the window. But it's not a big deal. The reception staff are also perfect. Although they may not know English well, they're still absolutely ready to help with any question, including sending the baggage to our next hotel. The breakfast was also good. We'd definitely stay here one more time.»

«The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?»

«La ubicación es perfecta, frente al mar interior de Seto y el paisaje es incomparable. Hay un servicio de traslado en autobús que sale de la estación de Kojima con un horario. Es mejor ponerse en contacto con el hotel con antelación para hacer una reserva. No está lejos de la plataforma de observación del monte Washiba y se puede llegar a pie. Es solo que la piscina para bañarse es un poco pequeña y estará llena si hay algunas personas más. La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorarse, pero en general estoy satisfecho y muy recomendable.»

«夫婦で結婚記念旅でした。電話でチラッとお伝えしましたがサプライズはありませんでした。夜は和食を選択。美味しかったです。　モーニングは5種類からの選択で夫はステーキで私はパンケーキを注文。パンが付くのを認識してなかった私はショックでした。フルーツたっぷりのパンケーキは美味しかったですが。オムレツ等をおすすめします。 飲み物の選択は口頭で言われるのは辛かったです。年齢がいくと始めのものが何やったかわからなくなるので写真と名前等が入ったものを提示して欲しいと思います。飲み物はセルフで選択できたら嬉しいです。 接客係の方は皆さん素晴らしかったです。 全般的に館内、食事、近隣の案内などインフォメーションが写真入りで欲しかったです。改善して頂けたらと思います。»
