«La habitación era espaciosa y la ubicación del hotel, justo al lado de la estación de Nagasaki, resultaba muy conveniente. El desayuno se servía en la primera planta con unas vistas estupendas, pero la iluminación del comedor era algo tenue… El baño no tenía ducha ni inodoro separados, lo cual fue una pequeña decepción. Por lo demás, todo fue perfecto.»

«1人旅で利用させていただきました。初めてホステルに宿泊しましたが、想像よりずっと清潔でした。まず寝具ですが綺麗に整頓されており、ゴミや掃除の残しなどは全くなく、通常のホテルと同様に休めました。シャワールームですが、共同で使っているにも関わらずみなさん清潔に使用されているのか、嫌な気分にならない清潔さでした。アメニティも必要十分用意されていました。8階のラウンジですが、皆さんの会話場所にもなっており、異国で繋がれる良い場所だと感じます。アルコール吹きも用意されているので、前の使用者が汚している、みたいなことも無く、清潔さを感じました。ぜひまた利用したいです。 相部屋のベットに付いているハンガー掛けですが、海外の方に私の掛ける箇所も取られてしまっていました。そこは個人が気付くべきところだと思いますが、分かるように案内があると良いのかなと思いました。»

«Está muy cerca de la estación de Nagasaki. La habitación era bastante buena. Tenía cortina y cerradura. Había un balcón en la azotea para tender la ropa, lo cual era muy práctico. Había un baño y una ducha. Sin embargo, solo había unas pocas habitaciones; creo que solo cinco. Como no había mucha gente, ducharse y usar el baño seguía siendo bastante cómodo. Alquilar un patinete eléctrico era una buena opción: 1000 yenes por hora, 2000 yenes por 3 horas y 3000 yenes por día, si no recuerdo mal. Era bastante práctico para pasear sin rumbo fijo. En general, estuvo bien y el precio era económico.»

«Beautiful hotel, view was awesome the moment we stepped out of the train at the station. Pleasant surprise that we got free upgrades to rooms with park view that was so stunning. We took many beautiful pictures of the view. The breakfast was very impressive as well. The staff was very polite and provided good service with smiles. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.»

«This hotel is located inside the Huis Ten Bosch, with easy access across the theme park via the shuttle bus, the room is spacious and with all the amenities needed. I booked this hotel via Trip.com due to their official web couldn't accept credit card issued outside of Japan (not sure if this is common for Japan hotels) overall experience with Hotel Amsterdam is great, highly recommended!»

«I was quite disappointed with this booking made via Trip.com. I specifically booked a Deluxe Japanese Western style room with an outdoor hot bath, as the outdoor hot bath was a key reason for choosing this room. Upon check-in, I discovered that there was no outdoor hot bath, and I was informed that the room I had booked was not available. Initially, I was told that I had booked a room that did not include a hot tub. However, after checking my booking details, it was clear that the room I reserved was indeed supposed to come with an outdoor hot bath. To their credit, the hotel staff did try to assist by finding a last-minute alternative room that still had a bathtub that comes with a view. However, this replacement room had a much more limited view compared to the original room we had chosen, and it was not equivalent to what was advertised and booked. Additionally, the window in the room was quite flimsy and dirty, and with the temperature being rather cold, this further affected the comfort of the stay. Because we had a very limited itinerary, a significant amount of time was spent resolving this issue and arranging a replacement room. As a result, some of our planned activities had to be cancelled, which further impacted the overall experience. Overall, this was a rather disappointing experienc eespecially because this was the first time I had booked this type of room as a surprise for my girlfriend, who was really looking forward to the outdoor hot bath. Unfortunately, the key feature that made this booking special was missing, which significantly affected the stay. I hope that Trip.com can take note of this issue and ensure that rooms are marked as unavailable once fully booked, to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests.»
