I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

20231125 La habitación es enorme, con capacidad para 6 personas. Desde Sendai, tome la línea Seibu y bájese frente al hotel, a 1 minuto a pie. Es un poco oscuro en invierno, sin alumbrado público, así que no se ve la calle. Si no tiene reserva para cenar, hay un sitio en la tercera planta donde puede comer ramen sencillo después de las 19:00.

La ubicación de ryokan es excelente. Mi habitación tiene una enorme ventana de fotos enfrente del este. Puede ver la famosa bahía con muchas islas, incluida la isla Fukura (Fuji 𡷊), en la mañana con maravillosa vista al sol. El desayuno japonés fue excelente, especialmente el del segundo día... pescado fresco grilado, etc... las cenas de Kaiseki para ambas noches fueron maravillosas con pescado fresco grilado y carne de vacuno de alta calidad vagyu más ostera cocida para la perfección. Los Onsens, por otro lado, son justo Okay. Sin embargo, con la vista de la isla de Fukura y su puente rojo ... nice.

El hotel es un hotel muy grande, especialmente cuando se camina por primera vez en la entrada delantera. La experiencia de primavera caliente es como se esperaba - cómoda, cómoda, limpia y relajada. The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different .
Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai.

The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly.

ใกล้สถานีมิตะโซโนะ เดินข้ามถนนจากสถานีไปประมาณ 3 นาที มี amenity ให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีแผ่นแปะแก้ปวดเมื่อยด้วย ลองใช้แล้วดีเหมือนกัน ประตูห้องเข้าด้วยการกดรหัส ปลอดภัย ห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่อยู่ได้สบายมีโซฟาและโต๊ะนั่งทำงาน ห้องโดยรวมสะอาดดี ถ้าไม่ชอบหมอนที่เตรียมไว้บนห้องก็มาเอาหมอนที่ล้อบบี้ข้างล่างได้ มีออนเซ็นบ่อเล็กๆให้แช่พอคลายเมื่อย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกพอควร ครัวซองค์อร่อยมาก ตอนเย็นมีบาร์เครื่องดื่มให้ด้วย

MMC ShiThis is a surprisingly good hotel, especially considering the price. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk from Sendai Station. I was impressed by the organ (yes, a real organ!) in the lobby, along with a grand piano nearby. The room is spacious, and the hotel even offers a spa, which is a real plus for a Western-style hotel. In the evening, there’s live piano music in the lobby, accompanied by free drinks, nuts, and even noodles. You can really feel how hard the hotel tries to provide excellent service.
For the friendly and committed hotel staff, this is a hotel I would happily stay at again next time I’m in Sendai.

UUsuario invitadoThe staff of the hotel was very nice and kind from the very start of the booking process, so informative when I asked about room type and the condition that I was looking for.
I spend time there for 2 days 1 night with 1 room and 2 meals to celebrate my birthday with my sister. The hotel even passed the information to the restaurant staff and they were kind enough to sing the happy birthday song for me and also gave me a birthday gift. The room was cleaned well and has all the amenities you might need. The private bath was very good too.

WWqiwenI had a wonderful stay at Westin Sendai! The staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was very comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy bed and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy
The location is also good - walking distance from the train station.With the room at 31st level, the view is spectacular.
