Good location, nearby restaurants and shopping outlets. Easy access from tram station. Clean and quiet room.

It’s the first hotel that I’ve been to in Japan that had a normal check-in procedure through the receptionist rather than a machine, and you’re greeted upon entry. The location is so perfect and considering it’s right next to the train station, I didn’t hear a thing. Also the room for the price was very comfortable and spacious!

Nothing can be complained for me. The staffs were very helpful. A little fancy instagramable breakfast. All attractions are near - Kumamoto Castle, Kumamon Square, Department & Convenient Stores, Walking street including restaurants. Room design makes kids having fun and a good time. All in all worth it.

Kurokawa onsen was the highlight of my trip to Kyushu. So I splurged on this accomodation. I chose a room with river view and it was the best decision. Love the stay so much. Staffs were lovely and helpful. They speak good English and Mandarin. Lobby was spacious. Plenty of spaces to chill and chat as a family. The onsens were abundance to choose from. Breakfast was awesome, so was dinner. We got the room with 2 beds and 2 futons. We all enjoyed our stay so much

Nice cosy hotel. Very clean and easy to check in. Convenience store just across the road. 5 mins drive to a major shopping mall. Has a small stove to cook and kitchen. But really small and dark though. Otherwise room is very cosy and fits four of us well. Bathroom is clean and nice. Washer in the room too. I can jog to kumamoto castle which is nearby. Great location and great hotel.

Hotel is old styled and not as fancy as those new tiny hotels. Large room comparatively. Great service which we left our bags early in the morning before checking in the room and the bags were delivered to our room after we returned. Good view of river. Nearest convenience store about 150m away. Need to travel by tram to the heart of the city. Quite a quiet place to stay.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy antiguas y las instalaciones de la habitación son ligeramente antiguas. El aire ambiente en la habitación está predeterminado para el sistema de calefacción. Sólo me quedé calor a casi 20 grados el día, sólo puedo cerrar la ventana de aire acondicionado (pero hay muchas pequeñas cajas que están rodeando!!) Las instalaciones en el baño son viejas y las toallas parecen más viejas (y deberían ser las condiciones sanitarias). Hay muchos coches de automóviles al aire libre fuera del hotel, y el autoconducción es bueno. Hay tiendas de conveniencia familiares en Marte cerca del hotel.

El servicio del personal del hotel es super bueno, muy educado y sonríe muy bien (eso es también el tipo de lágrimas que sonríe). Cuando los empleados de la recepción se marcharon, se dirigieron a dar la bienvenida y a presentarse para ayudar a hacer fotografías y a atrapar nuestro coche en la carretera. Cuando el coche se marchaba, también se dirigió a la nueva y se sentía realmente entusiasta por los empleados. La habitación también es grande (la caja y la habitación son super grandes, con un número de espacios principales de más de 25 kilos), y el paisaje es también muy bueno, mirando hacia abajo un río y escuchando el flujo de agua (por supuesto, hay que abrir las ventanas, sonido muy bueno). La chalefacción es también una gran característica del hotel. Estamos tomando el autobús gratis en el hotel. Puede sentarse en la puerta del hotel. La clase es de aproximadamente 20-30 minutos por clase. Recibirá el calor del hotel en el aire libre, hay cinco calorosas y todo es bueno, pero pocas personas van a 😂😂😂 Los amigos también dicen que vale la pena vivir otra vez.

Hay un fuerte olor a humedad en toda la habitación, muy desagradable. Tuvimos que usar ambientador para que fuera más agradable respirar. La habitación está vieja y no está lo suficientemente limpia. El baño es muy pequeño. Si se aloja en el ala este, prepárese para caminar bastante desde el vestíbulo hasta la habitación, lo cual no es muy conveniente para personas mayores. Al revisarla, la rejilla del aire acondicionado estaba completamente obstruida con polvo. Necesitan prestar más atención a la limpieza. Lo único bueno es el parque infantil gratuito y la comida es bastante buena.
