We absolutely loved this stay and would recommend it to all travellers! We booked the corner room. The room was well illuminated by natural light during the day and we could see the river from our room. At night we could even hear the water flowing. There were two western single beds but we asked for futons for the full Japanese experience and loved it! The room was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but we used the public bath (male and female separated) which was amazing. The public bath was quiet and spacious and there was a sauna room. Breakfast was served during 7am -830am with a well set table as shown in the picture. The staff was super kind. Just note that the walls were thin and you should expect some noise but people here are generally used to keeping their voice down. Another highlight is that you can take the bus of both the red and blue lines at the bus stop right in front of the hotel. (The blue line is for Shiratani Unsuikyo.). It is very convenient if you are not driving. The hotel is around 25 mins away from the ferry port and the walk there was pleasant and not difficult to find. Yet another great thing about this place is that you can rent mountaineering gear here at a cheap price, including shoes and rain protection. We rented the shoes here at 1,xxx yen per person (forgot the exact price) and they were very useful. It was raining for almost the whole 5h hike for us and the shoes offered a good grip and were sufficiently waterproof. You can also find little souvenirs at their shop. Honestly, it's impeccable!

El desayuno tiene más estilo occidental, menos comida japonesa, pero la vista de Sakurajima puede verse desde el restaurante. Sin embargo, en la mañana, puedes comer bajo el sol, por lo que mejor ir al desayuno muy temprano o mucho más tarde, no cuando 8 más como el sol es fuerte y puedes tener un asiento de ventana para viajeros solos y cuando el restaurante está envasado.

Hotel is about 2 kms from Kagoshimachuo station , not convenient if you travel by public transport. However, the hotel offer free shuttle bus to/from station, depart every 30 minutes. Public bath not so interesting but pastries in the lobby cafe are really good.

距離機場不遠，晚上非常安靜，食物還不錯，房間很乾凈。温泉應該是天然的，有點淡淡的硫味。 最好還是包車或者自己開車，因為如果白天在鹿兒島玩的話，晚上回到附近的隼人站以後會不太好打車。有天晚上就是實在沒辦法了，打電話讓旅店老闆接的我們。。。

При заселении оказалось, что есть нестыковка между номера на Трип.ком и реальным номерным фондом. И как результат забронированный нами номер занят. В качестве замены нам предложили 2 варианта: площадью в 2 раза меньше (20 кв.м. вместо 40), зато с сауной в номере (нам такое не интересно), либо такой же площади, как изначально бронировали (40 кв.м.), но с 4 кроватями вместо нашей одной. Убедившись, что в нем окна тоже выходят на Сакурадзиму, мы выбрали его. На втором этаже 2 полутораспальные кровати, на первом 2 двуспальные. Матрасы и подушки комфортные, в меру жёсткие. На мини-кухне чайник, холодильник, плита, раковина, дрип-пакеты с кофе, сахар, кружки, тарелки, столовые приборы, даже сковорода. В ванной комнате есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло, фен. Каждый день приносят чистые полотенца, забирают грязные и мусор (если их оставить на полу в прихожей), выдают новые мусорные пакеты. Возле ресепшна есть комод, в котором можно взять бритву, расческу, мочалку, ватные палочки, бумажные салфетки, маску для сна, беруши, зубную щётку и пасту. Уборка в номере предусмотрена при проживании более 4 дней, т.е. за 6 дней у нас убрались 1 раз. Вход в номер по qr-коду, который дают сфотографировать при заселении, он же позволяет пользоваться лифтом. Он же нужен для самостоятельного чекаута. Для удобства мы добавили код в понижение для разных скидочные карт. Минусы есть, но не критичные: автоматический свет в туалете: когда ночью встаёшь, он бьёт в глаза. Слишком теплые одеяла. В пятницу и субботу вечером в парке Тенмонкан, на который выходят окна номера, было очень шумно. Возможно это было связано с празднованием Хэллоуина (в остальные дни было тихо). В целом гостиница классная, новая, современная, однозначно стоит своих денег. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё.

A gorgeous hotel. Delicious breakfast, stunning views of Sakurajima and the perfect onsen. Convenient transfer from the station. Will definitely be back.

Самый лучший капсульный отель, который был в моих путешествиях в Японии. Большая капсула, удобное место хранение под ней для обуви и чемоданов. Чистые душевые со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями: для волос, тела и лица. Рекомендую!

great place to stay in Ibusuki!, It's a big resort with onsen, large public bath area, swimming pool, and many restaurants. the hotel staff is very nice, there are a few cantonese speaking staff in the hotel, who are extremely helpful! the hotel sandbath needs an extra pay, but it's worth the convenience. recommended for family for a relaxing trip

El personal del hotel comunica con el corazón y traduce activamente a nuestra lengua, especialmente en la noche con un hombre, con el corazón completo, el desayuno en la tienda de pan junto a la comida principal puede elegir una sopa, el resto de la autoayuda puede elegir, no perder el desayuno en un hotel de tres o cuatro estrellas. I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.
