«今回夏のお盆時期に３泊しました。支配人もマネージャーもとても親切な方々で、おかげさまで心地よい3泊を過ごせました。 朝夕の食事付きにしまして、小学生2人に食べれるものがあるのか少し不安でしたが、これも経験と思い、実際に食べてみると、何かと食べることができました。 たまたま、フルート演奏が開催されている日で、音色を聴きながらの食事は絶品でした♪ 夏は、ラウンジでのかき氷のサービスがあり、我が子たちは夕飯後や温泉後に立ち寄り、常連客のようにカウンター席でかき氷を食べました。 温泉はぬるい時と熱い時とあり、支配人に聞いてみると、源泉が日によって温度が変わるらしく、決まった温度ではないので、熱いのを期待したらぬるかったり、ぬるいのかーと思って行ったら熱かったりと、本当に読めませんでした（笑） ホテルの立地としては、キャニオニングやラフティング、モグラ駅、道の駅などが近くにあり、我が家の旅行プランにはとても利便性のよい場所でした。 写真はカウンター席から見る棚です。支配人の好きなお酒がいっぱいです（笑）おしゃべりしたい時は支配人がお付き合いしてくれるそうなので、声をかけてみてはいかがでしょうか^_^ 3日目の夜は卓球台を予約して食後に家族で楽しみました。こちらも、浴衣で卓球、家族で楽しめました！！他にはカラオケもあるそうです（笑） 外国の方が働いていて話が通じないという口コミもありましたが、ケータイを通して話をしたり、すぐに対応してくれるので我が家にとっては特に問題はありませんでした。 機会があればまた訪れたいと思える宿でした。 3泊、清潔なお部屋で過ごせてとても楽しかったです。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。»

«We had a wonderful stay at Urakusatsu Tou, a brand-new hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly escorted by the staff. Although parking was allocated at a private outdoor parking area, the hotel thoughtfully provided an escort service, making the process very smooth and comfortable. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Communication was easy as the receptionist spoke fluent English. The hotel also provided pajamas and daily clothing, which was a lovely and convenient touch. The onsen experience was outstanding—definitely one of the best we’ve ever had. You can immediately feel your skin becoming smooth after soaking, which made each visit incredibly relaxing. We stayed for three nights with both breakfast and dinner included. Meals were served à la carte, and the menu changed daily, surprising us every time. The food was delicious and very filling—we were completely satisfied after every meal. That said, there are a few areas we hope the hotel could improve: • During winter, the room felt quite cold as the air-conditioning heater did not function properly and was unable to warm up the room. • Breakfast hours could be extended a little later for guests who prefer a more relaxed morning. • Providing a choice of pillows would further improve sleeping comfort. • The blue indicator light on the room’s control panel remains very bright even when all lights are turned off, which can be a bit distracting at night. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfort, and an unforgettable onsen and dining experience. Highly recommended, and we believe it will be even better with these small improvements.»

«El hotel se encuentra a unos 5-10 minutos en coche de Kusatsu Onsen. Al reservar el servicio de transporte del hotel, pude llegar desde la estación de Karuizawa, lo cual fue muy práctico y me ahorró tiempo. El hotel también ofrece un servicio de transporte desde y hacia la estación de Kusatsu y Yubata, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. Las instalaciones del hotel tienen un marcado estilo japonés. Después de registrarse, es necesario dejar los zapatos en el guardarropa de la entrada; de lo contrario, se puede caminar descalzo y disfrutar de un ambiente hotelero japonés muy acogedor. Además, dado que las habitaciones no tienen baño privado, se pueden reservar tres baños privados dentro del recinto del hotel, lo cual es una excelente opción.»

«La ubicación está lejos de la calle de la caliente roca de la calle, la ubicación está en la mitad de la montaña, pero el servidor es educado. «母の喜寿のお祝いに利用させて頂きました。 お宿に入る前の外観から感動の連続です。 清潔感と癒しの和の雰囲気にあふれています。 お忙しかったのか受付までの時間が長かった様に感じましたがwelcome drinkで癒されました。 6階のお部屋へ行くには長い廊下、電動カート、ゴンドラ、階段があり77歳の母には辛そうでしたが、お風呂へ行く下りの時には既に楽しんでいて「慣れると気にならないね、でも1人では迷子だわぁ」と言いながらお散歩気分で歩いてくれました。 お料理も一つ一つこだわっていて味付けもちょうど良く母も喜んで楽しめました。男性陣のご飯のおかわりも対応してくれて、とにかく白ご飯から美味しいんです！ 食事に担当してくださった方の対応は素晴らしくお仕事という印象が無く心の豊かさを感じさせる心のこもったご対応にいっそう食事が美味しく楽しくなりました。 母の喜寿のお祝いのために紫のチャンチャンコまで用意して下さって、「喜寿のお祝いです」と伝えていなかったはずなのですがネット注文サービスのケーキのメッセージに「祝喜寿77」とした事でお気付きになりご用意してくださったのだと思います！凄い気配りですよね！ 一緒に行った兄弟たちも口を揃えて「また来たい！」と言ってくれて、何より母が始終笑顔で喜んでくれて、本当に川場温泉 悠湯里庵にして良かったと思いました。 心に残る素晴らしいお時間をご用意して頂き、心から感謝申し上げます。 ありがとうございました。»

«En las montañas de la gran neve, el calor se rompió, es terrible. La recepción se conectó con dos calentadores, y el calor era suficientemente fuerte. Las instalaciones son muy viejas, el casino es muy pequeño durante mucho tiempo, algo decepcionante y la cena está tranquila.»

«Upon our arrival, we're greeted with great staff members, who take our shoes and away and provide us slippers to wear during our entire stay. The dinner was exquisitely served as a big course composed of various several side dishes and main items. We were just blown away. So we came back to the room after dinner to find out that the futon beds, Japanese style mattress & beds, were set up for us to relax and sleep. The breakfast is just a bit less sophisticated but still much more than we could eat, yet impressive for us in terms of the effort required to make them. Same with upon our departure, our shoes are placed back at the lobby orientated readily for us to wear. It just shows Japanese highly attentive level of detail in terms of hospitality. Although the location is its downside, even if you don't have a rental car, I still highly recommend it if you can find a way there.»

«El servicio de la Sra. Yumiko es siempre sonriente, accesible, útil y amable, que nos sirvió 2 noches para nuestras comidas con compasión. La habitación era cómoda con deliciosos platos japoneses auténticos enviaron nuestra habitación. El baño caliente de Onsen fue limpio con bonita vista de la montaña. Altamente recomendado para permanecer en este Onsen Inn. Muy tranquilo, tranquilo y tranquilo lugar para descansar 👍🏻»
