The service provided by the hotel was pretty good. but unfortunately the location was very difficult especially for people who does not have a car. it takes around 1200 yen from Kokura to this hotel, not to mention the amount of time needed to travel from one place to another(1.5 hours). however, the onsen was pretty great and the shampoo bar and the ammenities provided by the hotel at the onsen was very accommodating. the game section and the table tennis was also very fun. be careful when trying to eat anywhere near the hotel though, because there’s nothing near the hotel.

일단 고쿠라역에서 짐없을때 도보5분 짐있을땐 조금 천천시간다고 봤을때 10분정도라 위치 좋습니다. 이번에 3명이 방하나 사용해는데 일단 객실은 아주 넓고 욕실도 욕조포함 넓고 좋았습니다! 청소상태는 침구류나 다른건 일단 괜찮았는데 침대밑에 왜 조그만 풍선하나가 그대로 남아있더군요. 그리고 하나 불편한점은 저희가 이번에 3박4일 이용했는데 체크인 테블릿으로 수건 교체를 요청했는데 교체는 4박당하나라고 딱잘라 말하고 교체안된다고합니다 1층에 코인 세탁기있는데 거기서 수건 빨아서 말려쓰거나 수건챙겨가세요! 아니면 아칭에 청소하시는 분들이 복도에 다니실때 만나면 바꿔달라고 해보세요 그분들은 그래도 바꿔주시네요! 그거외에는 나름 괜찮았습니다

PERECT location, literally a tunnel from the metro station to the hotel (best you ask the hotel which exit it is so you can avoid going up the ground floor). It was such a treat, like it's your secret tunnel. Love that it has a gym, and the free sake and Photo Booth was fun! V clean room, better you pay a bit more for the slightly bigger double room.

Rooms are not big but satisfied on amenities provisions. Housekeeping will leave new towels and robes sets and amenities by your door even if you did not request for make up room. Shower curtain has a funny smell when it is not dried out after shower. Hotel does not provide extra key. Hotel dies not provide extra key. Perfect location. Recommended.

La estación de Hakata está a unos 10 minutos a pie y Canal City está muy cerca. La ubicación era estupenda, ya que estaba cerca de la estación de tren Tenjin Minami. No hace falta decir que las aguas termales fueron las mejores. ¡El helado que comes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la noche y el yogur que bebes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la mañana también son geniales! También disfruté mucho el ramen con salsa de soja gratis. El desayuno también era bueno! ¡Era un lugar donde no faltaba nada!

Esta es mi segunda vez aquí. Esta vez reservamos una habitación triple. El cuarto es enorme. Es tan espacioso que podemos poner 4 grandes maletas en el piso. Tenemos la habitación de la esquina para 3 con 3 camas individuales, el baño y el baño están separados. El bidet eléctrico es un estándar. Hay 2 grandes lavadoras. Toallas están completas, con un eliminador de maquillaje, humidificador, etc. El desayuno es extravagante! Ellos sirven carne de vagyu A-4, frescamente cocida. Todos nos gustan en el bufete. Mentaiko, la mantequilla fermentada de buena calidad, el pan, las verduras frescas, el curry de carne de vacuno, el yogur, los bramen. La ubicación es buena, a pocos minutos a pie a la ciudad de tenjin y canal. La estación de Hakata es un poco más lejos, pero también caminable. La estación de metro y el supermercado está a unos metros. Compramos algunos salchichas y queso en el supermercado.

Room size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

We stayed for 4 nights in residential room which provides kitchen facilities (we only used the kettle) as well as washer/dryer (which we used often and really grateful for this service). We stayed here too about a week ago and hotel provides free luggage storage (for our large suitcase) for our 2nd check in. Location is excellent with bus terminal and subway station very close by. Also surrounded by department stores, restaurants as well as Yatai. Reception staff always so attentive; they were also able to book us a taxi to the airport for our morning flight. Will definitely stay here for my future trips to Fukuoka.

It was great experience there to stay with hotel livemax Hakataekimae. They keep your luggage safely if you have visit around even your stay already finish so it helps a lot. I hope in future I will stay always with livemax because there survive is great. I have one suggestion please change checkin time because 3 pm too late if someone fly from other cities or country. It should be from 9 am.
