Great hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

Staff is friendly. Location wise, it is very close to the Amrotsar Train Station, 15 mins from the airport, and 10-12 mins from the Golden Temple. Hotel service staff at level 4 - Manpreet, Suman and Lakshmi are very attentive and always smiling.

El hotel está muy cerca de las áreas principales y no se apresura al ruido.El restaurante sirve un gran desayuno y encontramos el mejor Amritsar kulcha aquí, por nosotros mismos. El hotel dispone de instalaciones estándar y una pequeña piscina con gimnasio en la parte superior del hotel. La única nota ácida probablemente fue cómo el hotel mede el personal por***. El ***ager de la cafetería y los guardaespaldas insistieron en que damos buenas comentarios. La segunda cosa no profesional fue que nuestros vuelos estaban en la noche y pedimos una salida tardía. El escritorio delantero parecía divertido y estaba jugando con nosotros. No es profesional. Recomiendo la comida incluso si su precio (a la carta) es significativamente más alto.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thisHotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. One of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.
