The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India. The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada. The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable. Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard. Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect. It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle. Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel. Ps : best dosas of my life !

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

The hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Property is a cute hotel located at just 800 mts from rock beach & surrounded by beautiful cafes. The staff is helpful & service was excellent. Special mention for mr. Kanan who was very friendly. The food was excellent. Mr. Murad the owner helped us out with places to visit & vegan food too. Would certainly recommend aura hotel to all who want to stay in the heart of puducherry.

The hotel is located in the heart of the french quarter. It is in close proximity to all the cafes as well as the rock beach. The hotel has in house restaurants as well as a bakery. Great ambience. The in-house restaurants have a great menu spread and offers delicious food items. Great customer service. All the happening places in the french quarter are within walking distance.
