From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

Best part is hotel is within airport compound and saves lot of hustle in transit times… bit expensive side and they should give hourly basis booking option as well because it makes no sense to book for whole day when you actually need to spend few hours before ur next flight in the hotel… overall nice experience..

Es un hotel decente. Se llaman 4 estrellas de negocios, pero falta en ciertos lugares. Por ejemplo, el baño está cerrado. Está pintado en la mármol. El espectáculo fue la vista de la habitación. En general es un hotel decente. También ofrecen sólo 2 botellas de agua complimentaria en la habitación.

My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection.

UUsuario invitado¡Un gran hotel de 5 estrellas con un personal y un desayuno excelentes! Si te gustan los centros comerciales y una escapada relajante, es un lugar fantástico. Nos pareció que no estaba muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas, pero esto no sería un problema si organizas excursiones como las que hicimos nosotros. Sin embargo, esto significó que no tuvimos que caminar mucho por los alrededores para disfrutar de una experiencia cultural de calidad. El personal fue excelente y nos hizo sentir muy especiales (¡gracias, Simen y el personal de limpieza!), y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra corta estancia.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. CConstantin Andreas WernerThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

HHAMTY125We stayed here during our long one-day transit in Mumbai. The hotel is very close to the airport (just 5-10 minutes away), making it easy to transfer early in the morning. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. In room dining food was tasty. However, check-in took some time as they required us to create an Accor hotel account and download the 'Accor Key' app to generate a digital room key. I believe this process is unnecessary and time-consuming for short-term stays. Additionally, both the hotel and food are more expensive in Mumbai compared to other cities.
