Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was spectacular. Extra touches in the room were very nice. Only negative was noisy guests in neighbouring rooms.

Rooms were big and spacious and very clean I liked that it wasn’t noisy can’t abide being in a hotel and you can hear everything from the next room the reception staff were really friendly definitely would stay here again highly

El hotel tiene un parking amplio. El hotel está cerca de una calle decente y a 5 minutos a pie. También sirvió Murphy en el bar. La habitación era buena, pero era la historia del hotel y la conversión del puente ferroviario en un área de bebida muy novela. Nos quedamos allí otra vez, sí, planeamos volver el año próximo.

La recepción es muy entusiasmada, el servicio es muy bueno! ¡Siento que estoy en casa, el hotel está completo y el coche puede enviarse al aeropuerto. La habitación es grande y limpia y tiene agua en la habitación, super satisfacción!

Hotel needs refit.Bathroom shower very low pressure.Noisy room due to commercial kitchen equipment outside bedroom window.Very old tv in bedroom not a smart tv or anyway to connect devices.Bedroom carpet dirty near the door needs shampooing.Breakfast staff pleasant.

An eine ruhige Nacht war gar nicht zu denken, da die Lüftung bis 23:00 Uhr draußen lief (in den Zimmern nach Südwesten und Westen gelegen) und schon wieder um 6:00 Uhr morgens losgingen !!
Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und das Fenster ließ nicht viel Luft zum Lüften.

Het uitzicht van onze kamer was op een begraafplaats. Aan de voorkant van het hotel heb je een veel mooier uitzicht.
Er draaide een installatie buiten, wat toch wel hinderlijk was als je het raam open had. Er viel echter prima mee te leven.
Zou dit hotel zeker nog een keer boeken als ik nog eens in de buurt kom!

Fantastico y amable personal.
En el piso de la planta baja, el hotel era muy gris.
Por lo tanto, no se preocupe por ella se siente gruñido. Ver fotos de la habitación, vista y el único socket de plug en la habitación (para utilizar la caldera todo el tapón de caldera que necesita para equilibrar en una silla delante de ella)
La habitación quente con ningún fan y el ruido que se continuó hasta después de 1am por gritar a los jóvenes adultos (no verificado por el personal) significaba que abrir una ventana no era una opción.

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

UUsuario invitadoWe stated for one night over the bankholiday weekend. Plenty of parking and a short stroll to the beach. Checkin was extremely quick. We had dinner and drinks downstairs in the lighthouse bar the food was exceptional and the service was fantastic. We used the pool and the outdoor hot tub which was lovely as pool itself seemed a little cold. We had a room on the 4th floor with a lovely little balcony which was unexpected that looked out over the car park and beyond. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the room is decorated with dark features including black paint but this showed up the evidently dusty areas of the room especially the radiator cover, while there was also heavy staining and debris on the carpet by the entryway and the water in the pre filled glass bottle tasted as if it had been there for days. The bathroom is lovely and similarly decorated however the existing low bathtub could be replaced with a lovely walk-in shower. We weren't told at checkin about any works going on in the hotel but we had our thoughts that there was because as we reached our room you could see dusty footprints emerging from a door directly opposite ours which was not a room this was confirmed the following morning when we were woken before 9 with drilling and sawing that was happening in the hallway. The guest directory said there was free WiFi but all networks were locked and no password to be found in the usual places like the back of the key card pack or the TV etc. We weren't asked on checkout how our stay was, just took our room number and said that's OK have a good day bye, seemed a little hurried even though there was nobody waiting behind us. Overall nice stay, top quality food and service downstairs but slightly better attention to detail in servicing rooms/ housekeeping and notice of possible works going on needed.

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely beautiful hotel Sharon the hostess is Absolutely amazing she's very efficient so is thr other lady but I don't know her ne nothing is to much trouble for these ladies they work so hard the other lady is around Sharon's age and her and Sharon are always running around working and asking if everything is okay they are a credit to your hotel and thank you to all the people who work behind the scenes the chef and the domestics making sure everything is clean and tidy all these people are the backbone of the hotel

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación de la familia, que también se ha preparado para el usuario de silla de ruedas, es una gran pareja de concreto, y la habitación de los amigos se ha mantenido en una habitación brillante y soleada. Elija cuidadosamente su habitación si se queda por un tiempo y como una agradable vista. El desayuno estaba bien. He lleno de huevos en avocado, rayo de naranja y surdogo. Sentí que tenía demasiados sabores. Aquí hay unas cuantas comidas, que se pueden encontrar en el hotel. No sería rápido quedarse allí otra vez, aunque la ubicación era fabulosa mirando hacia fuera por el puerto.

SSharmaSachinEl hotel estaba bien en general, pero había algunas cosas que podrían ser definitivamente mejores. Es algo que espera ser cuidadosamente sin tener que recordarlos. Internet en la habitación fue bastante lento. Fue funcionado, pero no grandebueno lo suficiente para comprobar mensajes, pero no confiable si tienes que hacer trabajo o fluir algo. En el lado brillante, el lobby se veía muy agradable, moderno y un buen lugar para sentarse y relajarse un poco. En resumen, no es un mal lugar, pero algunas pequeñas mejoras podrían hacer la estancia mucho más cómoda.

UUsuario invitadoEste es un hotel encantador. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la ubicación es céntrica. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Me gustó la lista diaria de cosas para hacer en el área de recepción. El restaurante no estaba abierto cuando llegué a las 10 p. m., pero me ayudaron a caminar hasta el lugar para comprar una hamburguesa. ¡Solo ten en cuenta que debes comprar algo de comida en la ciudad si te encuentras en la misma situación!
