We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations.
Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed.
Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special.
The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated.
Thank you, Mason Pine Hotel, for creating such a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks.
We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. «The hotel is relatively brand new, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool facilities in the hotel is very large and clean, as well the gym facilities are also great and spacious. The hotel is considered luxurious. However, the location is quite isolated so we could only reach the hotel if we have a private car, and the location surrounding is quite far from Lembang city center. As for the quality of food in the restaurant for breakfast, I think it should be improved from the taste and variant, since this is considered as 5 star hotel. However, as overall this hotel is great, moreover the price is also affordable.»

NNurhidayu PaoThe hotel is probably in old style hotel but the room was huge and the services are good. The room service was quick even though the hotel looks full. The extra bed also comfy. In addition to that, i just wanted to praise the hotel breakfast team. The breakfast was superb, wide range of food , the pastry is good, the western also delicious. Overall we satisfied with the hotel.

Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

No todos los niños realmente pueden comer comida occidental con todo gluten alrededor. Sí, tienen un ángulo libre de gluten, pero mi niño no le gusta.
Pero para los adultos, el alimento es muy grande con muchas variedades.

Ttrip with wyn ♡I went to Bandung with my friends and booked this hotel within less than 1 week ahead. Before booking, I did a short research about the best located hotel to the places that we were planning to go to.
Since this hotel is located near Braga area, there are so many viral places and cafes that we planned to go to.

- 10 mins to The Deli Bakes Pudak, Prima Rasa
- 11 mins to Theo’s Wife Lois, BAGELICIOUS
- 15 mins to Tji Laki 9
And the most important thing → only 8 minutes ride from Stasiun Bandung (by Woosh from Halim → Padalarang; then move to feeder train to Stasiun Bandung). So, we don’t need to go too early from the hotel.
Service wise, the staff was so helpful, from the check in time, luggage storage and even during the breakfast time.
We gladly spent our time at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Thank you for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospitality 🙏🏻

MMaya0206Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊
The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay.
And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special.
But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help.
That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests.
Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it.
A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and stylish. A perfect place for a short getaway in the city. Would definitely recommend!

UUsuario anónimoThe staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing.
On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

UUsuario invitadoIt was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made.
We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.
A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

AAdel YnaLa ubicación es muy buena.. buena vista desde la piscina y el cuarto de baño, algunos espacios del edificio necesitan más mantenimiento, algunos lugares necesitan más limpieza extra, el desayuno era bueno hay muchas variantes.. Algunos menús necesitan más especias, pero en general nos gusta el desayuno y nuestra estadía en Luminor, sin duda recomendaremos este hotel.
