La experiencia de estadía en general es super satisfactoria! La habitación está limpia, el entorno está tranquilo y el descanso es especialmente bueno. La actitud del personal de servicio es modesta y intimidad, los detalles están en posición. La ubicación es conveniente, el precio es muy alto, es una residencia muy cómoda, recomendaría que todos se queden.

Este es un hotel bastante bueno para una estancia corta cerca del aeropuerto. Nos alojamos aquí a menudo cuando estamos de paso en Yakarta. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y están bien equipadas. El desayuno es muy bueno. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es bastante práctico.

Big bed and quiet rooms. Clean and cool. Great communication over WhatsApp for shuttle service to and from the airport (about 10 or 15 mins one way). Our family of 4 had no issue in the room (one on the couch and three of us in the bed) Breakfast was great, especially the slightly spicy baked beans. Look forward to another visit.

The best airport hotel I have every stayed. Very convenient for anyone on layover. Truly resort style view with amazing room, great pools and garden, and excellent breakfast. Transfer to airport is practical and reliable. Will definitely return! Thank you

Great location for our travel purposes. Nice and quiet, with plenty of shops and amenities (no gym but they have a separate clubhouse that requires you to pay a daily fee, but worth it as the facilities were amazing).
Staff were very kind and helpful. Wished the rooms were a little cleaner but nothing too crazy. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place closer ti nature.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel.
Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

Makanannya enak dan cukup bervariasi.
Namun area lantai kamar mandi di kamar kurang elevasinya.
Sehingga air kamar mandi mudah keluar ke pintu kamar mandi.
Dan area kamar mandi selalu tergenang air serta tidak mudah kering lantainya sehingga membuat pengunjung mudah jatuh.

UUsuario invitadoHotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks.
Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay.
Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included.
Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water.
P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones.
Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?)

LLoumir2024This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays.
The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops.
The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave.
Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

FfnabilaThis is no doubt the best hotel for anyone for anyone who’s planning to attend any event in ICE or the surrounding areas. However, if you have no such urgency or a casual traveller, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay here. The location is a bit far from everything, the amenities are rather lacking and the cleanliness is a bit questionable - I peeked in between the toilet sink and it was very dirty 😢 The variety of foods for breakfast was not THAT much, and when there’s an event the hotel got super busy, the breakfast spot was really crowded and I’m afraid the staffs are nor prepared for such influx of people.

ベベリーAproveché este vuelo porque eran las 6:30. Para viajar entre la T3, puedes reservar un servicio de transporte gratuito al realizar el check-in. Tardaste 6 minutos desde la T2 a la T3. La entrada del hotel está frente a A&W en la planta de salidas de la T2, y desde allí hay una rampa y escaleras, y más allá una escalera mecánica. Hay dos escalones que suben desde la recepción. Había un miembro del personal allí que me ayudó a llevar mi maleta. Hay alrededor de 40 habitaciones en cada lado, y las alfombras son de pelo largo, por lo que las ruedas dificultan su movimiento. Aunque no la pedí, había cerveza disponible en el servicio de habitaciones, ya que había botellas de cerveza Bintang vacías en el pasillo. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía comodidades.

Minor remark if you ask to fixe the deposit box code you have to ask several times (normal in Indonesia).
Very friendly staff, especially Reza & Rully from the restaurant. My wife is gluten free and they asked the kitchen staff to prepare a special gluten free meal ! Thank you Reza & Rully.
The breakfast choice is great of course more Indonesian orientated but oké for us.
Menu card is sufficient and typical Indonesian but also have hamburger & pizza on the list. The sate I found dry.
Unfortunately Aston hotel has no Spa so no Pijit (Indonesian massage) mani- & pedicure facilities and we had to go to another hotel. We advise the hotel to have the pijit & mani- pedicure in-house .
The area is not very interesting but staying at the hotel was very nice because of the beach and swimming pool.
Overlooking everything it is fine for a stay for 3 or 4 days because limited interesting things to see and shopping facilities.

I stayed here because I had a 9:00 AM flight the next morning. The hotel offers an hourly airport shuttle, but the 8:00 AM option felt too tight, and 7:00 AM was a bit too early, so I opted for a taxi instead. Overall, the experience was great—I even had time for a 30-minute gym session before dinner. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, reaching 20°C for a good night’s sleep. Excellent stay!
