Decent hotel nothing fancy , some rooms offer the bath tub access but most of them have the standing showers they could assign you any room as they once gave me the bath tub one and on next stay the other .

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a Co‑op supermarket just a short walk away. The property feels quite new, and the facilities are all in great condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although the housekeeping wasn’t particularly thorough, it was acceptable overall. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend time exploring Leeds.

Excelente estadía con personal amable
Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos en el Leonardo Hotel en Bradford durante dos noches y, en general, tuvimos una experiencia agradable. La mejor parte de nuestra estadía fue el personal: fueron increíblemente amables, serviciales y atentos a nuestras necesidades, lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera aún mejor.
La habitación en sí era cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluido equipo para planchar, aunque no tenía una mininevera, lo que podría deberse al tipo de habitación que elegimos. La habitación estaba limpia en general, pero calificaría la limpieza con 4/5 porque noté una pequeña mancha en el edredón (parecía una mancha de lápiz labial).
El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, a solo 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren Bradford Interchange, lo que hace que sea fácil moverse. En general, recomendaríamos este hotel a nuestros amigos por su excelente servicio y su conveniente ubicación.

The hotel is beautifully presented. All staff took the time to be engaging and helpful. The hotel has little to no parking which is a bit of a shame.We ate in the restaurant and throughly enjoyed our meal. We look forward to booking again we loved our room gorgeous bathroom !

I booked as I wanted a hotel near leeds first direct arena fantastic location for this purpose was a 5min walk away and I'm a slow walker due to a bad knee. I booked a twin room the beds were bigger than a standard single bed very comfy and dont get me started on the pillows they were just perfect! The staff on each shift were lovely and welcoming, I got a great surprise as didnt realise the room included a complementary breakfast, it was buffet style so wasn't really expecting much from it I couldn't have been more wrong it was lovely and plenty of variety even down to a machine to make your own waffles!
I will definitely book there again on my next visit to leeds

UUsuario invitadoLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .

But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

UUsuario invitadoThis place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired.
Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us.
The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt.
The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

RRealerTheGreatMy 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC.

UUsuario invitadoPark Plaza es un servicio excepcional, excelentes instalaciones, limpieza es de primera calidad, su sonido probado, no hay ruido, su ambiente relajado, el cocinero y el menú es delicioso, servicio de habitaciones ordenado y muy palatable y delicioso!! La ubicación es excelente para el centro y mi evento. El personal estaba sorprendente. El sistema de contacto también es de primera mano. Lo amaba y tuvo una noche hermosa. Espero volver de nuevo.
