«Abit cold in room when we got in there. But then it warmed up after some time. Cosy little room with 2 good size double beds just perfect for my family stay. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. Will stay there again if price is good again like this time!!! Thank u»

«Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!»

«Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!»

«Muy bien situado como centro. El hotel es agradable, moderno y limpio. La atención de los clientes es muy importante para el hotel, pero no hay duda de que el hotel está en condiciones de manejar esto. ¿Existen sólo habitaciones específicas que se dedican exclusivamente a estos huéspedes específicos? El desayuno era un puñetazo. Muchos huéspedes tenían su comida pero no hay área de mesa para sentarse. Añadir a los huéspedes con sus perros que no es lo que nos gusta. Debían haber sido reservados o planeados comidas si esperan un gran volumen de reservas. En general, la experiencia podría haber sido perfecta. El personal es amable y útil. El hotel es agradable, excepto lo mencionado anteriormente.»

«Estaba en el hilton mientras visitamos el mercado de Navidad. Teníamos un hermoso fin de semana. La recepción fue excelente desde la reserva suave hasta la cookie complimentaria. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda y el desayuno fue excelente. El hotel está en las afueras de la ciudad, pero no hay distancia para caminar. - ¿Qué?»

«Comfortable hotel with parking. Everything was great. Love the self check in system. Only note for location is slightly away from town and it’s more suitable for travellers with a car. Overall it’s a good experience. :)»
