Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

El hotel fue reservado en el contexto del Concierto Oasis de Edimburgo, ya que los precios habían subido exorbitantemente. El hotel está en una fantástica ubicación en un gran parque con vistas. Teníamos reservado la categoría relativamente sencilla. Estas habitaciones son algo anticuadas, pero bien equipadas, limpias y grandes, están frente a los aparcamientos en el edificio trasero. El baño era limpio y un poco pequeño. El hotel tiene muchas escaleras y ascensores estrechos. Todo está diseñado con tapice o parquet. Grande entrada y terraza. El servicio estaba bien. El bar se cerró muy pronto. El pequeño Dunblane está situado frente a las puertas de Edimburgo o Glasgow y está bien alcanzado, incluso por ferrocarril.

A 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad, el cuarto es más sencillo, la toalla de lavar los dientes y lavar los dientes, hay cocina compartida, se puede hacer una comida sencilla, en general, la ubicación es buena.

Inside the Stirling university which is a nice and quiet environment, but it requires travelling to the city centre. There is no restaurant which opens for dinner except that in the hotel. The original room on ground floor given to us has a strong odour smell, which did not disappear after cleaning by housekeeping team. The reception initially refused to change the room. Only after we insisted then we were given another room on the first floor, but it wasted us almost 1.5 hour in waiting. Otherwise, everything is very good including the excellent breakfast.

A very nice boutique hotel located in the city centre with tourist attractions nearby. My request for a quiet room at the end of hallway was kindly met. Tea, coffee, bottled water and cookies were provided in the room. King size bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

El desayuno es sencillo, la ubicación es fácil de encontrar, el paisaje es hermoso junto al lago, las habitaciones son pequeñas, las instalaciones son antiguas, se admiten mascotas, hay un bar y cantantes residentes por la noche, el ambiente es bueno, el precio es alto

The Service is good and they are very friendly

Wir hatten ein hundefreundliches Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer im Cottage, in dem schon ein Hundebett, -napf und Leckerlis auf uns gewartet haben. Wir konnten auch gleich einen Tisch im dazugehörigen Pub reservieren. Der Service sowohl am Empfang als auch im Pub war sehr aufmerksam und insgesamt haben wir uns bei unserem Aufenthalt während der West Highland Way Wanderung sehr wohl gefühlt.

El personal era muy amable y servicial. La habitación estaba muy limpia, grande y acogedora. La cama era cómoda, pero la ducha era terrible, tenía baja presión y una temperatura que cambiaba constantemente y que podía hervir sin previo aviso. Fue el único inconveniente ya que la ubicación, el personal, etc. fueron excelentes y regresaría y lo recomendaría.

Hotel was great. Staff were so attentive. Made sure we felt comfortable. Food was amazing proper pub grub 10/10. Lovely wee stay, definitely would return 🥰👌🏻
