The air conditioning wasn’t working I went and spoke to someone and they brought up fans which was fine then around 3 am air conditioning unit kicked in blowing warm air out and very loud so woke me up the next morning I put a complaint in and the lady was very helpful and apologetic she said she would look in to it a week later I got an email apologising saying I could have a refund that was 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting

Muy buen hotel, el hotel está en las afueras de Lincoln, pero no muy lejos de la ciudad, el ambiente circundante es genial, el hotel es autoservicio, el saneamiento es muy bueno, hay un bar al lado, muy animado , adecuado para experimentar la vida campestre inglesa ~

We had a lovely stay at the William Cecil, with children and grandparents in three double rooms. The staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. They arranged a ground floor room for grandad and two twins, as requested. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the quality of the food was very good.  The rooms were lovely. Quite compact but very nice, comfortable beds, nice toiletries and a coffee machine, which was super.

The hotel is close to the town centre and the high street, which is very convenient. Parking is available, but it costs £20 for 24 hours. Guests can get a 50% discount on parking when staying at the hotel. The breakfast is basic, and the amenities are limited. Overall, it is fine for a one-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

La habitación es cálida y cómoda. El cuarto tiene chocolate caliente. El dueño gastó su atención en recepción. Gracias. La arte del corredor está llena de parking gratuito.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at Belton Woods Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food especially the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. During our stay we used the pool and spa facilities which were all very clean, the pool was nice and warm and large enough for doing few lengths without getting in to anyone's way.

Easy to check in. Single room has plenty of space. Great choice for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Close to everything, from the sights of Spalding to great places to drink and eat.

We choose this hotel as it was close to where our friends live. We booked 3 double rooms and even though we weren’t in them for long, they were lovely and clean. Staff weee super nice and friendly The location wasn’t too bad as we could travel to where we wanted to go. The windmill was a great place to eat and for a good price too.

El hotel es un antiguo hotel británico, el cuarto y el cuarto de baño son grandes, el capó de agua de baño es difícil de controlar, el agua caliente no se atreve a usar después de abrir el cajón eléctrico, para llevar el equipaje en la capa superior, se hará un sonido en el edificio de madera, hay un gran supermercado cercano y un lugar conveniente para comprar comida.
