Great location for daytime but not so much for night. Very noisy outside until at least 3am. We had a family room and it was excellent. Loads of space in the main bedroom and then a separate bedroom with two single beds. Beds were really comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was buffet style. Large selection available and it was very good. The car parking at the hotel wasn’t great. We had to drop our cases then find alternative parking. This was not easy as all nearby car parks were full - cheerleading competition on at BIC. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Very good location, easy bus to the centre but also you have very nice less crowded beach just about 5 min walk. Quiet location, local shop about 3 min walk. We didn’t had a view 😅 But I guess you are not coming there to sit in the room. Also very nice and friendly staff!!!

En primer lugar, la habitación estaba limpia. Eso fue lo primero que me alegró. En segundo lugar, el personal fue muy amable. En general, fue un gran hotel. Lo único que me hubiera gustado era tener una nevera en la habitación. Claro que eso se podría solucionar usando el bar de la primera planta. Aunque está un poco lejos de la estación de Bournemouth, a unos 20 minutos, la ubicación no está nada mal, así que si planeas alojarte en Bournemouth, definitivamente vale la pena alojarse aquí.

Excelente ubicación. Hotel con encanto clásico. Nos alojamos los días 24, 25 y 26 de diciembre y el gimnasio estaba cerrado. No hay aparcamiento gratuito. Hay un amplio aparcamiento a 5 minutos a pie (aparcamiento central). Cuesta 7 £ todo el día. Amplio restaurante, bar y salón. Amplias salas de reuniones. Desayuno buffet: 12,5 £ por persona. Almuerzo o cena: 25 £ por persona. Totalmente recomendado.

L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir.. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner... Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger. Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place. 2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider... Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer. Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire.

Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, central y cerca de todos los lugares, pero la habitación podría haber sido mucho más limpia.

It was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite! The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night. I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic. However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!

The rooms shown in the photos were not the same rooms. The room was very different from the photos. According to the room price tooooooooo high 🙉 .. Room , washroom neat and clean.
