Me quedé bien con mi novia en The Tytherington. La única cosa que no nos alegraba fue la comida. Nos encantaría dar la orden en el momento oportuno, pero alguien que se sirvió después de nosotros no podía hacerlo. Es un hotel relativamente limpio, sencillo y asequible. Instalaciones: relativamente completas, con básicamente todo lo necesario como champú, gel de ducha, hervidor de agua, etc. Higiene: relativamente limpia e higiénica. **Hotel Review: Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa, Cheshire** As a solo traveler with my beloved sausage dog, Stanley, I recently had the opportunity to stay at Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa for one night. Here’s my experience: **Location:** The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. Nestled in beautiful grounds, it provides a serene backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience. **Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

The property is very close to the city (short walk) and had plenty of parking. The shower had good water pressure and I found the room comfortable. The member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are extremely light and clean, sturdy beds. On the hotels official website, it states the rooms air air conditioned, however, this is not true. When we asked the guy on reception, he tried to convince me that I’ve read it wrong and tried to make me out as being stupid, but it clearly states the rooms have aircon but only the reception/lobby has air con. The room was very comfortable, could do with having some netting as looks directly into the offices across the way, unless you close the curtains.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

Service, cleanliness and location of this hotel made it a lovely spot for a quiet getaway. Service at breakfast was particularly brilliant and check out at 12pm was a lovely bonus. Just wish there was some access to the pool included at £20 for 2hrs each person felt particularly steep.
