The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Aunque la ubicación no está cerca de la estación de tren, la ciudad no es grande, y puede llegar a las tres estaciones de 11 trenes de la estación de tren de la nueva ciudad, y a cinco o seis minutos. Aunque el cuarto de baño es público, al fin y al cabo, el diseño completo también es razonable y no hay obstáculos para su uso. El primer piso tiene café gratuito y la cocina también tiene bolsillos de sopa gratis. La cocina no es grande, pero muy limpia, hay sección libre en el frigorífico y el cuarto de baño. Me siento especialmente buena, no hay que desperdiciar lo que no quieren. Para activar la tarjeta de teléfono móvil, el personal de la recepción ha ayudado mucho y ha sido muy bueno. El único punto de insatisfacción es que mi teléfono móvil está conectado a este hotel con Wi-Fi muchas veces pero no puede mostrarse en línea. Esto es lo que son los dos teléfonos móviles y los demás no se han encontrado. No sé por qué los teléfonos móviles o el WIFI son.

Not very satisfied with this stay. I booked a superior double room but ended up with one where the bathroom was oddly in the middle of the room. Paid €25 more than the price shown on Google, and breakfast was not included. Facilities are dated, but the location is excellent. Overall, about 3.5–4 out of 5.

Its excellent location, on the Prager Strasse shopping street, placing it within a 15-minute walk of Dresden's historic Old Town and major attractions like the Frauenkirche and Zwinger Palace. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is an 8 to 10-minute walk away. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room is small but comfortable and cleanliness. Breakfast is okay, basic food.

This is one of my favorites hotel. It's just tidy and clean and always professional. And the price, it's just not high, so I recommend it.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Zimmerservice war sehr nett und im Saunabereich war eine sehr entspannte Aura.

Sehr freundlicher Service, wir mussten nicht viel fragen, man hat uns über alles informiert, das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen und sauber. Hatten kein Frühstück mit im Preis gehabt, aber man konnte kostenlos Kaffee und Tee trinken. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen an bekannten.

Como pregunté sobre el check-in tardío, encontré especialmente un hotel con check-in las 24 horas. La puerta del hotel tiene control de acceso. Se siente muy seguro y el estacionamiento es relativamente fácil. Hay un estacionamiento frente al hotel. El desayuno también es rico.

The staff is the credit of this hotel. They were very friendly, helpful and made very nice packed lunch for us as we had to leave early. We had a comfortable stay.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.
