Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!

La ubicación del hotel nos ha entusiasmado mucho. Todos los objetivos deseados fueron cómodos a pie, el tren justo frente a la puerta – simplemente ideal! La piscina en la noche ofreció una relajación bienvenida. El desayuno fue excelente. Un punto de crítica: el volumen en la amplia sala de desayuno podría ser un poco más agradable, pero donde hay muchas personas, el paisaje acústico es exactamente igual.

The hotel's location in very convenient. It's within short walking distance to many major attractions so it saves a lot of travel time staying at this premise. It's an older hotel so do not expect state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff is modest, professional but not going out of the way to help. It feels very German. They speak fluent English so easy to communicate.

El hotel está un poco lejos de la estación central, pero usé el tranvía para llegar. Es tranquilo y silencioso, lo cual es genial. Lo mejor de todo es que tenía bañera, así que pude darme un buen baño y aliviar el cansancio del viaje. Otra gran ventaja fue la tienda de conveniencia dentro del hotel. Pude comprar agua, alcohol, bocadillos, etc. El personal de recepción también fue muy servicial. Muy bien valorado.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Big rooms with welcome drink. Good breakfast, and I felt surprised that u can request the sunny side eggs in the kitchen. A friendly staff tailor made a coffee when u ordered it. The weakness is there is a smell in the room. It seems it did not opened the window for a period of time. The bathroom was really big. Hope to have some hangers or shelves in the bathroom for placing clothes.

Situación muy central, personal amigable y habitaciones limpias! Perfecto para una visita a la ciudad en Leipzig! De todas formas una recomendación!

Realidad notable. El entorno es muy débil sólo se puede ver el techo desde el cuarto. Las instalaciones son débiles. La luz apenas se quemó. Muy oscuro en el cuarto. Esperando mucho por el ingreso

Its excellent location, on the Prager Strasse shopping street, placing it within a 15-minute walk of Dresden's historic Old Town and major attractions like the Frauenkirche and Zwinger Palace. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is an 8 to 10-minute walk away. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room is small but comfortable and cleanliness. Breakfast is okay, basic food.

Nos quedamos muy decepcionados... reservamos una habitación accesible... la única característica accesible era la puerta más ancha... según la página web del hotel y las fotos, debería haber barras de apoyo junto al inodoro y un asiento en la ducha... los accesorios para las barras de apoyo están ahí, pero no se ha instalado nada... se supone que se proporcionan cables de llamada de emergencia, pero ni siquiera hay un accesorio para ellos... no había nada de eso allí... cuando preguntamos, nos dijeron que hay dos categorías de habitaciones accesibles... cierto, los usuarios de silla de ruedas pueden caminar y estar de pie en la ducha... en seis días, un cambio de habitación no fue posible... ante mi insistencia, al menos me dieron un taburete de ducha destartalado... nada que ver con lo que realmente nos ofrecieron... cuando nos quejamos en recepción el día de nuestra llegada, el gerente se fue y ni siquiera le importó... si reservo una habitación accesible y miro las fotos, eso es lo que espero... Me dijeron que podría haber llamado antes y preguntar... pero ¿por qué? Reservé lo que estaba en la foto, pero no lo recibí. No nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación ni nada por el estilo. Al contrario, incluso tuvimos que pagar el precio completo del aparcamiento, a pesar de que las plazas designadas estaban ocupadas por gente perezosa y la barrera no funcionaba. Sin embargo, la comida estaba perfectamente bien y la limpieza también era aceptable. Siempre se puede mejorar, pero si nos faltaban toallas, nos las traían enseguida. En resumen, es un hotel muy céntrico, pero no apto para personas con discapacidad física en silla de ruedas. Esto necesita una mejora importante.
