The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Excelente servicio, muy bien atendido , su personal está bien preparado para la atención al huésped. Habitación limpia. Ofrece playa a 50 mts pero actualmente no hay playa. Están en obra,.por lo que se debe desplazar más de 500mts para tener acceso a una. Los precios de los productos de minibar altísimos. Lo califico en general con 4.5/5

He estado @ Santuario mucho más tiempo que lo planeado debido a alguna cuestión de salud. Así que tuve tiempo de apreciar no sólo el propio albergue, la gran vibración y la atmósfera, los fantasticos camas de montaje donde tienes mucho espacio (!) más una inusual privacidad total, como si tuvieras una mini habitación en una habitación, Pero especialmente la gente: el personal es grande y realmente cuida al huésped, mientras que enferma tuve una familia como vigilancia, especialmente Stefy ”la chica del bar”, Kathy (limpieza y cocina) y Jose (mantenimiento) ¡Nunca me perdí apoyando y preguntando realmente cuál era mi sentimiento de hacer lo mejor para ayudar! En un momento difícil, estaba en el lugar correcto, gracias! Una cosa que me molestó fue la gestión del aircone: ok era sólo en la noche y la noche, muy común, el problema era que una persona sentía frío era suficiente para cerrar el aircone para todos ... y fue caliente entonces ... Me encanta congelar, Bien, pero un equilibrio correcto sería el mejor, sugiriendo que quién está frío para usar una camiseta debería funcionar, y otros no sudorarán ;-)

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.

Absolutamente fantástico. Este es un pequeño resort con quizás 14 habitaciones. 1.5 horas de Cartagena City. Un poco de un viaje duro, pero definitivamente vale la pena el viaje. Una vez que entras por las puertas, es hermoso y tranquilo. No un resort de cinco estrellas, sino que hacen un trabajo muy agradable. Muy bien equipado, así que tienes alguien para ayudarte si necesitas algo. Muy tranquilo. No hay teléfonos, no hay TV en la habitación. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, privadas, muy cómodas. Dos playas pequeñas en ambos lados de la zona principal. Toda recepción a aire libre, Restaurante. Un restaurante en 2 niveles. La comida era realmente horrible. La mejor comida que tuvimos en Colombia. Estabamos allí durante tres noches y lo amamos absolutamente. Muchos viajeros de día, gente que entra de Cartagena en barco para pasar el día en el resort. Fue agradable. Será definitivamente de vuelta. Gracias a la Señoría que se cuidó tan bien de nuestra familia. Un lugar especial.

So cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category. I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

All rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light. There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean. The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette. The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅

Bueno, la comida era terrible. Mi marido estaba enfermo en su estómago durante 2 días. Se cuidaron del costo sin embargo. El desayuno estaba bien. La habitación era muy pequeña, especialmente para los viajeros con grandes equipajes. No teníamos TV por un día y medio de los dos días que estuvimos allí. No en Cartagena para la televisión, pero es agradable en la noche antes de la cama y en la mañana. Pero eso nunca sucedió. El personal no era tan agradable. Estabamos en el bar de piscina por unas horas una noche. No hay servicio en absoluto. El personal estaba más interesado en ver el juego de fútbol que pagar a los clientes y estar en el negocio del hotel restaurante toda mi vida que no es aceptable nunca volverá a permanecer. Pero la ubicación es grande.

Si pudiera darle más de 5 estrellas, se las daría. La verdad, excelente hotel en general. El servicio impecable, la comida deliciosa, las instalaciones son lindas y limpias, el cuarto tiene todas las comodidades, y está ubicado en un muy buen sector. Lo único que quizá podría mejorar es la cobertura del WiFi, pero es un detalle mínimo.
