One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

They have truly perfected the meaning of glamping (glamorous + camping) in every single way. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality and service were not just comparable to world-class 5-star hotels in many ways, they exceeded them. As a non-Chinese speaking guest, I was a little nervous at first, but the team went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. Their cheerful smiles and genuine warmth were so heartwarming. What touched me the most? They constantly checked on my fiancée, who is vegetarian, making sure she had wonderful options at every meal. Seeing that level of care for her meant the world to me. They even carried my heavy luggage to the room❤️ Activities (both paid and free): They have horseback riding with the on-site coach – highly recommend (yes, it's a paid service). For free activities, there’s a giant swing (reminiscent of the one in Kalajun Grassland), archery, and the most beautiful, calm animals: two incredibly cute lambs, a cow, several horses, and the sweetest little dog who will greet you. If you’re nervous around animals, don’t worry – they are the chillest, calmest creatures and will only approach if you call them. Food: 10/10. My fiancée said it was the best meal she had in all of Xinjiang. Cooked by the wonderful Ah Po and Ah Gong, every dish felt like a loving home-cooked meal made by grandparents. There’s also an adorable cafe hut (though we didn’t get coffee – we were too busy being in awe of everything around us). Room standards: This is where they truly shine. Air conditioning, heater, soft comfy bed, overhead curtains to open or close for stargazing, fridge, hairdryer, lighted mirror, heated toilet – and spotlessly clean. We slept like a baby. And finally… stargazing. This is exactly why I chose this place. We stayed up until 3 AM, completely mesmerized by a sky full of stars like I’ve never seen before. El hotel tiene un bonito diseño. El servicio fue excelente. El guardia de seguridad vino hasta aquí para recoger mi equipaje, y la camarera de pisos incluso me preparó un baño de leche para los pies por la noche, lo cual fue muy relajante. Está muy cerca de la calle Hotan Second.

The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. If you’re looking for a restful, heartfelt escape where nature, comfort, and kindness meet, this is the place. 民宿的環境特別好，房間又乾淨又舒適，躺在房間裏的床就能享受大自然的魅力 房間生活用品齊全 出來民宿不到100米就能看到特別好看的風景 拍照打卡很出片，也很解壓，特別適合養老😁值得來一次享受這個美麗的風景，房間的價格也很實惠，很划算，服務員態度特別好 早上起不來，沒去吃早飯，服務員特意把早飯送上門來了 服務到位

This was our first stop during our time in China and we were very happy with our choice. Really easy to find through Didi, 20 minutes from the airport. Easy check in, the room was a good size with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There is some noise from neighbours but only really when they are in the hallway. Located right next to a coffee shop, taproom and supermarket around the corner. What really made our stay was the lovely staff; Sophia could speak English very well and was extremely helpful and the other members of staff were always welcoming and warm. Of course there is also beautiful Han Han the cat. There is a drinking water fountain which was amazing and saved buying lots of bottles. Our room did smell quite smoky despite it being a non-smoking hotel but that would be our only real negative. Amazing value for money. We would happily stay again and recommend it to others! 😊

Our stay at Shejing Homestay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. A special thank you to the boss as well, whose care and dedication can be seen in every detail of the homestay. It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream. As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time. Thank you to the boss and the entire team for making our stay so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shejing Homestay to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return again one day.
