這是一家四口新疆旅遊半個月住的最滿意的酒店！進門到客房都是香香的～ 前台小王態度很好，還升級了房型，酒店的保安和保潔阿姨也都很熱心，幫忙拿行李，泡腳桶送到房間居然還幫忙放水。 床品超級舒服～從一次性水杯、拖鞋、洗漱用品都能體現老闆在細節和品質的用心，而且整個酒店裝修對美學設計真是無敵講究，連燒水壺、禁止吸煙的警示牌都契合裝修風格！ 父母特別滿意早餐，品類豐富，食材新鮮美味，贈送的咖啡券也都是實打實的現磨咖啡☕，強烈推薦！！

Room is spacious and new. Voice controlled AI for lightings, blinds and TV. The air humidifier is such a bonus! Lots of street food available just steps away - fruits, naans, xinjiang cuisine, mutton skewers, oily rice, etc. Most importantly, it's just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar!

Amazing stay! Due to our early train, we arrived at the hotel quite early and the hotel was kind enough to let us check in already. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. A small tip would be to add a space for storing clothes. The staff were really amazing and also helped us book a bus trip to Tianshan Tianchi (picture below). We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to return 10 days later for chinese new year! In terms of location, we really like the proximity to a lot of great food places. The hotel is actually located on a street full of local restaurants!

Del mismo modo, el panel de control estaba brillando constantemente, justo al lado de la cama, lo que era muy molesto si eso afecta a su sueño (es mío). La mejor de todas fue la televisión que no se desactivaría, y era increíblemente brillante, justo delante de la cama. Si quieres una habitación oscura, con una temperatura cómoda, no es el lugar para ti... Es una vergüenza, porque el hotel tiene potencial, pero como es, no puedo recomendarlo teniendo en cuenta estos temas bastante fundamentales.

營地面積很大，公共區域也很多，私人空間也非常大，來之前我以為公共區域和私人空間可能會有重疊，很擔心度假的私密度和安靜度，結果後來證明完全不需要擔心這個。房間很大，乾濕分離，既有供暖又有冷熱空調，供暖温度也可調，基本上不會有凍到的風險。唯一就是第一晚，早上醒來發現熱空調停了，供暖也沒動靜了，然後立馬重啟就好了，不過就算這樣，室內也有20多度，整個房間的保暖還是到位的。洗手間和淋浴間是最暖和的兩個地方，哪怕供暖停了那裡都很暖和。熱水器是儲水式的，需要控制使用時間，當然這前台也會提醒的。一次性用品齊全，睡袍、吹風機也都有，瓶裝水口感很好還管夠，小冰箱還有可樂。我的房間是可以直接在門口看到日出的，看完還能去後麪的公共區域看粉雪。想想前一天還早起自駕排隊進東門再趕去看日出，在自己的門口看不要太愜意了。晚上可以看星星，營地的燈光也不影響。就是早上的棧道太滑了，要當心。進出營地有小電瓶車接送，行李也有司機小哥幫忙拿，很省心。呆了兩天非常滿意，除了沒有遇到小狐狸，好在賽里木湖景區裏有很多。

First and foremost, foreigners are accepted so book with confidence. The reception speaks no english so a translation app is useful, they will kindly help as much as they can. It is very close to Nanmen metro station (walking distance). Convenience store is almost next to the hotel. Room is clean and cosy. Wifi works fine. You can walk to the Fountain plaza (5-10 mins walk, check my last 3 photos with the Chinese name) to buy China Mobile sim card and use data internet. I use LetsVPN and everything works perfectly. Would recommend this hotel for foreign travellers. More on the expensive side but I came in winter time and very happy with the heater and the convenience it offers.

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

酒店位於古城旁，出門後右拐走幾步就到彩虹巷入口了，還蠻方便的。定了普通的房型，前台給我們升級了觀景雙床，體驗感不錯。但是建議房間內設施該換的還是要換一下，智能馬桶的馬桶圈非常明顯的大片的黃漬，擦不掉的那種，雖然我們會習慣性套一次性馬桶墊，但還是感覺看着那黃漬很不舒服。另外洗手池的水龍頭也有很多水漬，也屬於擦不掉的那種，其實可以用去水垢的洗劑認真清洗一下的，或者乾脆換掉。總體來説，設施設備有點陳舊了。另外半夜兩點多很明顯的流水嘩啦啦聲，被吵醒後打前台電話讓看看是不是他們什麼設備漏水了，別影響整個酒店，前台也派人來了説是下水道聲音，但我們是頂樓怎麼會有下水道聲音從樓頂傳來，前台也説幫我們換房間，不過太晚了也懶得換，累了一天容易入睡，聲音響了半個多小時後睡著了。

帶家人出來旅行，在網上認真挑選了這家酒店，果真沒有失望，小於熱情問好，快速專業為我辦理入住手續，耐心回答我的問題，貼心為我介紹酒店的各項設施和服務，讓我對即將開始的入住之旅充滿了期待。酒店也有地上地下停車場，酒店地理位置雖不在市中心，但距離飛機場和火車站都近，10分鐘左右車程。進入房間，稍作休息後，竟收到了特別的驚喜，一杯香濃的咖啡和新鮮果盤，小於留意到我旅途的疲憊，這是細緻入微服務的體現，我內心充滿感動。房間整潔寬敞，床品柔軟舒適。洗護用品齊全。酒店的配套設施也十分完善，洗衣房裡有熨燙機，健身房裡的器材嶄新。自助早餐豐盛，味道可以。返程還會來住。

The room has the best heating I have experienced so far in Xinjiang; three heaters in a single room. The restaurant and cafe are also good in both food and service. The staff helped us find a ride to our next destination. The landlord also provide horse riding service up the hill to view the sunrise. The location is just beside the Hemu Bridge, which makes it really convenient to climb up to the sunrise viewing point. There is also a concentration of restaurants in this area.

滿意。沒有提前一天聯繫接機，上了飛機後想起來嗯，聯繫酒店，溝通一些後，酒店還是安排了接機。 接機到剛到酒店後，當天那裡下水出了問題，前台裏很多我們一個飛機上的客人。給每個客人儘量調換房間。我和孩子與同一個飛機一起來的青年小夥聊滑雪的事情。水管事故原因，酒店房源緊張，一位工作人員詢問了我們是否願意與這個這個客人同住一個拼房的套房（山頂民宿套房那裡，去年住過）。小夥還有另外一個女性朋友也定了房。於是，我們三家拼房，同住了。相處很好，孩子滑雪幾天下來，他們都玩得很開心。 後來續住N多天，前台説可以與趙經理溝通，給了我電話。相互溝通了解後，也給到我們優惠。 因為入住多天 看到前台對其他客人的要求也都很及時迴應。酒店每天打掃，保潔是當地人，問一下當地的事情，都很熱情。房間的水和咖啡包等，但凡有需要，説一聲，他們就會留下很多。😂 住的很放心，踏實，且舒適。

The hotel location was great, with easy access to the ski slopes, interesting restaurants and all kinds of shopping. It was difficult to manage the over heating in the room, particularly the bathroom (bidet was a nice touch), but leaving the windows open at -20 brought the room temp down to a comfortable +22. Disappointed that the cafe/bar wasn't open, but laundry and gym were clean and modern. Rooms were 'cleaned' each day however clean cups and regular stock would have been appreciated. Water was provided. Front desk and other hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

首先酒店的地理位置非常好，就坐落在城市最繁華熱鬧的市中心。酒店也提供了非常好的服務，有免費接機很暖心。酒店周邊還有一家商場，讓我買任何東西都十分便捷。還欣賞對面高樓的3D屏幕，雖然還沒有完全裝修完畢，但是我下次來的時候肯定可以看到一個新的全貌。致電到前台電話時工作人員都非常的有耐心，講解當地好玩的、好吃的。 酒店的設施也非常齊全，洗衣機、烘乾機、加濕器等都有。有機會我還會來入住這家柏曼高檔型酒店。 對了性價比也超級的高！！！

這次來喀什，是帶家人出來旅遊的，在網上看到了這個酒店，看了看評分以及評論內容，毅然決然的選擇了美豪麗致。實惠且驚喜。實惠的是價格方面：不到300的價格體驗到了七八百的酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，還有個小冰箱，裏面有飲料，咖啡包，茶包等。房間的洗漱用品用的還是八件套的，從洗髮水到洗面奶都有，對出門在外住酒店的人士來説真的很棒啊，而且大堂還有免費的水果無限吃。驚喜的是：服務很好，從進門時的保安大叔到大堂的公衞阿姨都會微笑打招呼，讓我最具有印象的是客服管家小李，她服務專業且貼心，在住當天晚上我需要洗衣服，但是呢，我當時拿下去想洗的時候，恰巧有別的客人在洗，因為是自助的，我想總不能在洗衣房等別人洗好吧，況且已經很晚了，我又犯困了，我就把衣服放在那兒排隊等候，回到房間想了想第二天我需要這幾件送洗的衣服，當我正在苦惱之際，突然想起加有客服管家小李的微信，我想都沒想就給她發訊息，大半夜的也沒有考慮到她是否已經入睡了，但是她很快就回復我了，令我驚喜的是她不僅能及時回覆我訊息，還能很及時的幫我把衣服放進洗衣機洗並且烘乾了，而且第二天她能準時地給我把衣服送上房間，真的非常感謝她，不然我都沒衣服穿了。在我們入住的時候，她主動的幫我把行李送上房間，我提出的要求她都能幫滿足，知道我帶有小朋友，她還給我送來了一套小朋友的洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，很熱情的小姑娘，晚上還送了當地水果和晚安牛奶，在住這幾天期間，需要她幫忙的地方她都能及時的幫我解決了，我真切的感受到她很用心的在做服務，離店當天，她在休息都能及時的回訪我的入住體驗，難道這不就是極致的服務？因為小李，我會再次選擇美豪麗致，美豪也因小李的服務在我心裏更加加分了。以後去到其他城市也會認準美豪麗致這個品牌啦~~

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

Lovely stay at Gobi Desert. The location is very central in the old district and near lots of places to eat and walk around. The staff at the hostel are super helpful - whatever I needed and they tried too help out. Can't thank them enough. The room was large, quiet and had everything I needed. thanks again!

Great location,on a busy street close to everything. Since cars are not allowed in old town, this hotel is not too far inside old town, a taxi can drop you off and take only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Hotel is very clean, the owner even gave me a free tour of the area, like The 100 year old tea store, where a free show is performed with camels and dancers, the 柱子街,油画街,彩虹🌈巷.I would definitely come back as a (归来客)the next time I am in kashgar （喀什）. She knows about the area very well,just ask her like the 1 reminbi bus ride (the number 20yellow bus only)to 香妃园
