La limpieza de este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. ¡La meticulosa atención al detalle nos dio una sensación de seguridad! En cuanto entramos en la habitación, nos impresionó de inmediato su impecable limpieza. No había ni una mota de polvo en el suelo, ni siquiera descalzos, y la alfombra estaba libre de olores y pelos. Se notaba que habían sido limpiadas meticulosamente. La ropa de cama era aún más reconfortante. Las sábanas, la funda nórdica y las fundas de almohada eran de un blanco inmaculado, secas y suaves al tacto, sin arrugas ni manchas. Allí tumbado, me relajé al instante, sin preocuparme por la higiene. El baño era el punto más destacado de los estándares de limpieza del hotel, y estaba impecable. La encimera del lavabo, el grifo y el espejo estaban impecables, sin manchas de agua ni residuos de cal. El inodoro estaba completamente limpio por dentro y por fuera, sin olores, y contaba con una tapa desechable. Los azulejos y la puerta de cristal de la ducha estaban libres de moho y suciedad. El desagüe del suelo estaba limpio y sin olores, e incluso las esquinas estaban meticulosamente cuidadas. Los artículos de aseo eran nuevos, sin abrir y ordenados, lo que me dio tranquilidad. Además, los detalles de la habitación eran impecables. Los escritorios, los muebles de la televisión, los sofás y demás muebles estaban libres de polvo acumulado; las rejillas de ventilación del aire acondicionado estaban limpias y sin residuos, y no había olor al encenderlo; incluso el control remoto y los interruptores de la luz, que a menudo se pasan por alto, mostraban signos de limpieza. After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

The hotel itself was great. It really felt like an old but very well-kept up building that seemed very classy. I did experience a bit of a hiccup during checking with someone cutting in front of us in line, and the staff didn’t do anything about it. Due to this, I can’t give it 5 stars. However, the amenities are wonderful. The hotel has a gym equipped with a very clean and modern locker room, spa, and a swimming pool. The breakfast was also pretty good. For the price, it’s hard to beat in Shenyang. I would recommend it mainly for families, as there are activities and facilities for children.

It’s such a surprise for me to find an amazing hotel in Yin Zhou City, which is not known to many. It’s culturally enriched with many traditional Chinese arts. The location is central, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are new and clean. Will certainly come again! Thank you everyone!

The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again.

Durante mi reciente visita a Shenyang, tuve el placer de alojarme en el Hotel Shengjing Guli, un lugar que se convirtió en el centro de una experiencia inolvidable en esta vibrante ciudad. Este hotel no solo me ofreció un lugar cómodo para descansar, sino que también me sumergió en la rica historia y cultura de Shenyang. Mi habitación era espaciosa y estaba impecablemente limpia. La cama era sumamente cómoda, con sábanas suaves y una gran variedad de almohadas para elegir. El baño estaba equipado con artículos de tocador de alta calidad y una ducha con presión de agua excelente. Lo que más me gustó fue la vista desde la ventana: podía ver parte de la ciudad histórica de Shenyang, con sus calles animadas y los edificios que narran la historia de años y años. El hotel también cuenta con un restaurante excepcional. Además, la ubicación del Hotel Shengjing Guli es perfecta. Está cerca de muchos de los lugares turísticos más famosos de Shenyang, como el Palacio Imperial de Shenyang. En resumen, mi estancia en el Hotel Shengjing Guli de Shenyang fue una experiencia maravillosa.
