«La limpieza de este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. ¡La meticulosa atención al detalle nos dio una sensación de seguridad!
En cuanto entramos en la habitación, nos impresionó de inmediato su impecable limpieza. No había ni una mota de polvo en el suelo, ni siquiera descalzos, y la alfombra estaba libre de olores y pelos. Se notaba que habían sido limpiadas meticulosamente. La ropa de cama era aún más reconfortante. Las sábanas, la funda nórdica y las fundas de almohada eran de un blanco inmaculado, secas y suaves al tacto, sin arrugas ni manchas. Allí tumbado, me relajé al instante, sin preocuparme por la higiene.
El baño era el punto más destacado de los estándares de limpieza del hotel, y estaba impecable. La encimera del lavabo, el grifo y el espejo estaban impecables, sin manchas de agua ni residuos de cal. El inodoro estaba completamente limpio por dentro y por fuera, sin olores, y contaba con una tapa desechable. Los azulejos y la puerta de cristal de la ducha estaban libres de moho y suciedad. El desagüe del suelo estaba limpio y sin olores, e incluso las esquinas estaban meticulosamente cuidadas. Los artículos de aseo eran nuevos, sin abrir y ordenados, lo que me dio tranquilidad.

Но это не портит его. А вот с кроватью была прям беда: кровать представляет из себя деревянное основание накрытое тонким топпером , наматрасником. То есть фактически спишь на деревяшке , на бок лечь было невозможно бедро упиралось прям в дерево , спать реально только на спине , и то если привык спать на жёстком. Какая то кровать для йогов , так и не понял этого прикола. Из плюсов - есть стиралка. Удобное местоположение. Красивый вид. На за кровать большой минус , поспать нормально там не удалось.»

One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick.
I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

TravellingNLCean room, spacious and had a balcony. Facilities wise had all you needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten at the hotel. Lots of music things displayed around the hotel. First time in a Hard Rock Venue for me so was quite nice and surprising the amount of music on display. All staff was friendly and attentive.

Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en la suite Swiss Select y era súper espaciosa, limpia y con vistas despejadas a la Torre de Televisión de Shenyang. La habitación también estaba muy bien diseñada y equipada, ¡lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda!
El personal fue increíblemente hospitalario, desde el personal de recepción hasta el de limpieza; todos fueron muy amables y genuinos, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences.
A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience.
Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect.
Some highlights of our stay:
• The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious.
• Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive.
• The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures.

Usuario invitadoPullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need.
The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind.
The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort.
In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience.
Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

El inodoro estaba completamente limpio por dentro y por fuera, sin olores, y contaba con una tapa desechable. Los azulejos y la puerta de cristal de la ducha estaban libres de moho y suciedad. El desagüe del suelo estaba limpio y sin olores, e incluso las esquinas estaban meticulosamente cuidadas. Los artículos de aseo eran nuevos, sin abrir y ordenados, lo que me dio tranquilidad.
Además, los detalles de la habitación eran impecables. Los escritorios, los muebles de la televisión, los sofás y demás muebles estaban libres de polvo acumulado; las rejillas de ventilación del aire acondicionado estaban limpias y sin residuos, y no había olor al encenderlo; incluso el control remoto y los interruptores de la luz, que a menudo se pasan por alto, mostraban signos de limpieza.
