First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

Very nicely designed and clean hotel room. The location is very good in the heart of the old town and near the river. Nice view on the street with lush green in front of the window. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I fully recommend this hotel when visiting Wuhan. The only thing: if you are staying with friends there is only a glass walled shower and toilet in the living room so to have privacy you end up mostly just hanging out upstairs in the bedroom.

While it is innovative and clearly trying to assist, it does not always fully understand commands, which can occasionally lead to minor frustration—for example when adjusting the temperature, controlling the TV, or opening the curtains. However, given the pace of technological development in China, this will likely improve very quickly. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone visiting *****, combining comfort, location, and quality at a very high level.
