Una magnífica experiencia de cinco estrellas con vistas al río, ¡la elección perfecta para tus vacaciones! ¡Tu hotel me impresionó por completo! La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Desde tu ventana, puedes disfrutar de la magnífica vista del río Songhua, disfrutando del brillo de las olas y las luces día y noche, lo que hace que viajar sea increíblemente cómodo. La habitación era espaciosa y lujosa, con ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas al río. La ropa de cama era suave como una nube, y los baños, separados (con ducha y seco), estaban equipados con artículos de aseo de alta gama. El difusor de aromaterapia fue un detalle encantador. El desayuno fue abundante, el entorno precioso y las comodidades, completas. La salchicha roja local, los pasteles rusos y los fideos recién hechos estaban exquisitamente presentados, y los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Air, nuestro camarero, que fue muy amable e incluso nos preparó yogur impreso en 3D. El ambiente era elegante y tranquilo, el vestíbulo olía a perfume y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente cuidadas. Desde la amable y eficiente recepción hasta el atento servicio de habitaciones, cada detalle rezumaba calidad cinco estrellas. Muy recomendable para viajeros que aprecian la calidad: ¡este hotel sin duda hará que su viaje a Harbin sea inolvidable!

El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta en la calle Central. Salir de la puerta delantera y la calle central está justo ahí. Esto le hizo fácil explorar y encontrar buenos Harbin Eats! El hotel tenía buenas decoraciones y la cama estaba muy cómoda. La mayoría de las habitaciones no tenían ventanas y había un mal olor que vino de las tuberías en el baño.

1. Cada día nos daban fruta de bienvenida y pequeños aperitivos, casi nunca repetidos. 2. La señora de la limpieza era muy amable. Si nos faltaban toallas, loción o agua, solo teníamos que pedirlo y nos lo traía. 3. El personal del vestíbulo de la planta baja era muy atento. 4. El desayuno buffet era variado y de buena calidad, con dos máquinas de café automáticas. 5. La habitación tenía una cafetera de cápsulas. 6. En la habitación había un joyero, muy útil para guardar anillos y relojes. Mi hijo olvidó un recuerdo que había comprado en el joyero, y el personal fue muy honesto: nos contactaron para devolverlo.

La primera vez que vino a Harbin, vi la recepción encantadora de Xiaolong, que nos recuerda los detalles de nuestra estadía y la introducción de las instalaciones del hotel. La habitación es limpia y brillante, la limpieza es incolora, no hay polvo en los rincones, la dureza blanda de las camas es buena y cómoda para entrar en el salón. La hermana más memorable de 21 pisos responsable de la salud está muy dispuesta a arreglarnos las habitaciones. También es muy entusiasta darle las gracias por nuestra necesidad de fortalecernos. Estamos muy emocionados. El hotel está cerca del mercado de comida en la calle, la iglesia de Sofia y la calle central, así como las especialidades locales, el sabor es muy bueno, Este precio es demasiado valioso para vivir en un hotel de esta calidad. Se ha recomendado a sus amigos. ¡Debe volver a vivir aquí la próxima vez!

Nice hotel near central street, clean room, Friendly staff ,they upgraded my room for free and give me a small gift when we check out , especially we can leave a luggage for 3 days when we go to snow town, so we cancel another hotel and reserve this hotel after we come back from snow town again. 저만 알고 싶은 호텔이고 리뷰도 잘 안쓰는 사람이지만 한국인 리뷰가 없어 난감한 분을 위해 써봅니다 위치 : 도보로 10~15분내에 중앙대가, 소피아 성당, 자오린 공원, 홀리랜드, 라오추지아, 하이디라오, 라오창춘빙 , 편의점, 백화점에 가까운 쇼핑몰 여러개 등이 있고 택시로 이동하는 곳도 10~15분내에 갈 수 있어서 위치가 역대급 입니다 방 컨디션 : 중국 호텔들의 방 사이즈는 원래 크지만 '수정 호텔'에 방은 유난히 큽니다. 저희 부부는 엘리베이터에서 멀고 조용한 금연방으로 기본룸을 신청했는데 늦게 도착했음에도 트윈 베드에 4인용 소파, 세면대와 샤워실, 변기가 각각 따로 있는 3인용 코너룸으로 (말씀은 없었지만 업그레이드를 해주셨나 봅니다) 배정 받아서 여행내내 엄청 편했습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 침구 입니다. 글로벌 브랜드 어느 호텔과 견주어도 전혀 밀리지 않는 바스락대고 뽀송한 침구로 한번 와서 경험해 보시길 바랍니다 직원 친절도 : 영어를 하시는 직원은 없지만 번역기로 열심히 도와 주려고 애씁니다. 상하이, 베이징, 쑤저우 등 어느 대도시 보다도 친절한 직원들 입니다. 특히 '쑨원징' 이라는 예쁜 직원님, 여러가지로 도와 주셔서 감사합니다. 체크아웃때 선물 받은 어메니티도 잘 쓰겠습니다. (룸 어메니티는 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디젤은 공용으로 칫솔, 치약, 빗등은 일회용으로 있습니다) 조식: 중국식이지만 샐러드, 토스트, 시리얼, 달걀등도 있고 즉석 조리해주는 완탕과 비빔면(?), 가정식 같은 반찬과 죽, 과일과 각종 빵, 커피가 있습니다. 고수도 잘 먹지만 싱겁게 먹는 저희 부부는 만족스러운 조식이었습니다 3층엔 트레드밀 몇 대지만 gym이 있고 반대쪽엔 건조기 까지 있는 세탁실이 있습니다. 보증금 없고 수건과 생수도 넉넉히 줍니다. 깨끗한 도시와 순박한 사람들에 반해 하얼빈에 다시 오고 싶고 그때도 桔子水晶酒店(哈尔滨中央大街店)에 숙박하고 싶습니다

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Harbin, a menos de 2 minutos a pie de la calle Central, con la Iglesia de Sofía a unos 10-15 minutos más. La habitación era muy espaciosa, bien climatizada y ventilada, y con un baño enorme con albornoces forrados de piel. Tenía un espacio adecuado para abrir el equipaje, un sofá en la habitación, té de la tarde de cortesía, cena de cortesía e incluso un pequeño obsequio al marcharnos. El personal del hotel fue amable y servicial, incluso nos ayudó a subir el equipaje al coche después de hacer el check out. En general, un hotel estupendo y limpio; me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly. When checked in, since we had a foreign friend with us, the hotel even prepared some special Harbin souvenirs for us. Before we left, we added the WeChat of Xiao Cai, the hotel butler—he was always ready to help with anything we needed, and he also recommended great local food to us. Big thumbs up to Xiao Cai!
