Este viaje fue muy agradable. Pasamos dos días bajo la lluvia ligera. El hotel estaba impecable, la habitación espaciosa y no había olores. Los huéspedes se sintieron muy bien desde el primer momento. Las habitaciones estaban completamente equipadas, la iluminación era tenue, la conexión a internet era muy buena y la reunión de Tencent en la habitación también transcurrió sin problemas. El servicio de recepción del hotel fue entusiasta y atendió las necesidades de los huéspedes con prontitud. Fue genial. También quiero mencionar el restaurante Yo-yo en la primera planta. Es muy conveniente para preparar tres comidas al día. El sabor es bueno. Hay platos chinos y occidentales. Me encanta. Camino a la playa todas las mañanas, me siento en la librería Maokong, saboreo una taza de auténtico café americano y paso la tarde tranquilamente. We booked the Hall room (40m²) on the fourth floor (the hotel’s top level), and it could not have been more ideal: bright, quiet, with sleek modern minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful touches like full smart controls, blackout sleep mode, and premium bedding that ensured deep, restful sleep. From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Los bastones de trekking y el calzado outdoor son imprescindibles. Puedes subir a la cima de la montaña en la Línea B (en dirección a Zen Terrace) y contemplar la Gran Muralla Jinshanling, que es muy espectacular. El restaurante es básico y adecuado. A mi hijo le gustan mucho los fideos estofados con tomate. La habitación está muy limpia y no hay mosquitos (una casa en la montaña puede hacer esto, lo cual es muy bueno). La habitación con vista a la montaña que reservamos es una habitación de tres pies cuatro con una pequeña sala de estar debajo y dos habitaciones arriba. Es muy adecuada para una familia con dos niños.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay. We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area.

I recently stayed at Eliments in Thaiwoo, and it exceeded my expectations. This makes it almost ski-in, ski-out, which is incredibly convenient for those eager to hit the slopes. - Ski Facilities: One of the standout features was the included locker room for ski equipment at the ski center. It allowed us to store our gear securely overnight, adding to the convenience of our stay. - Breakfast Options: While the breakfast leaned more towards a Chinese style, there were plenty of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the new selection of noodles available this year, which they made fresh for you. It was a unique touch that enhanced the breakfast experience. Overall, Eliments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a ski getaway with excellent amenities and a great location. I would highly recommend it!

Good location, in city center on the north street. Comfortable and convenient. The downside would be the cleanliness and the curtains that need repair (even though the staff changed the room for me but in another room also had broke-down curtain. Breakfast was like in the picture, quite nice. Ahhh and one thing I wonder so much … there was a noice like someone was hammering nails behind the wall or above the ceiling all night. I couldn’t find whether there was that kind of construction. But I heard it while trying to sleep on the bed. I made me feel a bit scared and took long time to sleep. I wonder where those noises were from.
