From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . La habitación con vista a la montaña que reservamos es una habitación de tres pies cuatro con una pequeña sala de estar debajo y dos habitaciones arriba. Es muy adecuada para una familia con dos niños.

Great experience and very foreigner-friendly This hotel left us with a very positive impression. The overall atmosphere is warm, well-organized, and welcoming, especially for international guests. The buffet breakfast deserves special mention. For us as foreigners, it was surprisingly good and thoughtfully prepared. Since some people have dietary restrictions (忌口), it was not always easy to eat local food outside, but the hotel’s buffet offered a wide variety of options that worked perfectly for different preferences and needs. We truly appreciated the effort. The location is excellent for skiing, the surroundings are beautiful, and everything is well arranged, which makes the stay smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for both comfort and convenience. It gave us a very good impression of skiing in China, and we would happily recommend it to other international travelers

Cuando entras al vestíbulo del hotel, se siente muy elegante. La decoración es muy lujosa y grandiosa. El mayordomo Xiao Wang es digno de ser un hotel de cinco estrellas. La habitación se ve muy refrescante, limpia y ordenada. Hay bocadillos y frutas. Está al lado de Wanda Plaza, lo cual es muy conveniente. Esta vez me quedé aquí nuevamente, muy recomendado. Particularmente dignos de mención son el ama de llaves Xiao Wang y el chico de la recepción. Después de hacer el check out, salimos a jugar y nos mojamos por la fuerte lluvia. It was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. - Location:The hotel is ideally situated in Thaiwoo village, just a short distance from the gondola. This makes it almost ski-in, ski-out, which is incredibly convenient for those eager to hit the slopes. - Ski Facilities: One of the standout features was the included locker room for ski equipment at the ski center. It allowed us to store our gear securely overnight, adding to the convenience of our stay. - Breakfast Options: While the breakfast leaned more towards a Chinese style, there were plenty of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the new selection of noodles available this year, which they made fresh for you. It was a unique touch that enhanced the breakfast experience. Overall, Eliments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a ski getaway with excellent amenities and a great location. I would highly recommend it!

Good location, in city center on the north street. Comfortable and convenient. The downside would be the cleanliness and the curtains that need repair (even though the staff changed the room for me but in another room also had broke-down curtain. Breakfast was like in the picture, quite nice. Ahhh and one thing I wonder so much … there was a noice like someone was hammering nails behind the wall or above the ceiling all night. I couldn’t find whether there was that kind of construction. But I heard it while trying to sleep on the bed. I made me feel a bit scared and took long time to sleep. I wonder where those noises were from.

Our second stay here, everything is great, but the location is a bit boring in winter time - all the shops and restaurants nearby are closed. Big shoot out to Lina - great manager, she helped us to handle some problems.

Stayed here with my wife and son while visiting family and had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant at first since we usually stick with Marriott properties, but this place exceeded expectations and honestly felt better than many Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again.
