El dueño del hotel habla inglés muy bien. Recomienda lugares para visitar, restaurantes, cafeterías y organiza un traslado en coche desde Wanfenglin a Guiyang por solo 170 yuanes por persona. El desayuno es delicioso, los fideos son suaves y sabrosos. El alojamiento es muy bueno. Estamos muy contentos con el hotel, que es de más de 5 estrellas. El perro y el gato son muy cariñosos.

I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new and designer inside. The view of the village is, I'd say, the best in the area. First things first: the hotel offers a butler service, and when you arrive at the attraction, a butler will meet you and take your luggage. You don't have to bother walking to the bus, which is quite a distance, and the entire scenic area is on a mountain, requiring constant climbing. The hotel is also located on a hillside, so getting to it requires a climb up narrow steps. The butler carried my luggage and accompanied me the entire time. The walk from the entrance to the hotel took about 25 minutes, including the bus and the walk. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted at reception and offered afternoon tea; there were five drinks on the menu. I chose a milk oolong tea with milk, and they offered me fruit, nuts, and homemade cookies. It was delicious. I spent the entire time relaxing, drinking tea, and enjoying the village views. After I'd rested, I went to my room. I was given a room on the 4th floor with the lucky number 888. The room has absolutely everything: excellent Loccitan cosmetics, toiletries, robes, and slippers—everything is of very good quality. There's also a modern hairdryer and steam iron. There was a bath on the balcony, but I didn't use it because it was chilly. The room is really new; it has underfloor heating if you get cold, and also air conditioning. The bed linen, pillows, and blanket were wonderful. I didn't even notice how my night passed; I truly rested for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff explained how I could spend my time and took me to a restaurant where I could have a delicious meal. Then I went for a walk. I spent the entire evening strolling around the village and taking in the sights. That evening, when I returned, I was offered evening soup, which I really enjoyed; it was very unusual. Since I was a foreign tourist, the hotel staff communicated with me using a translator via WeChat, which was very convenient and prevented any misunderstandings. The next morning, I was offered breakfast, which was served on the first floor of the hotel. The dining room was also very beautiful and well-renovated. After breakfast, I went for a walk around the village to take beautiful photos. I had a wonderful time in the village, taking in the sights. I especially enjoyed the local people's show on New Year's Eve, as well as the singing of the women and men of the Miao people. The day before my departure, the hotel staff asked what time my return tickets to Guiyang would be and told me they would arrange for me to be transported to the entrance so I could call a taxi. I would give this hotel the highest rating, firstly because it's in a wonderful location on a mountain with a magnificent view, and literally a three-minute walk from the main observation deck. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel personnel, and especially to the butler his wechat name Velpro, they are all tried their best to help me and accompanied me on all my questions. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel owners, who care about the interior order, cleanliness, and the care of their guests. This level of hospitality is truly rare. If I return to this village, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Este hotel es el hotel de aeropuerto más cercano que he estado en China. La habitación asignada a mí en el octavo nivel me permite ver claramente el terminal del aeropuerto, los cubiertas de observación, la estación de tren del aeropuerto y los vuelos que se parten del aeropuerto. En general, estoy muy contento de estar en este hotel, pero el restaurante del hotel está cerrado por la noche y el recepción no está a su alrededor para tomar las órdenes de la habitación. Me quedaré aquí de nuevo en octubre de 2025.

La habitación está bien. Servicio: Muy bueno. Incluso pudimos preparar comida para bebés, lo cual fue genial para nuestro hijo pequeño 👶🏻. Ambiente: Muy bueno. El mayordomo fue excelente, nos hizo un upgrade gratuito a una habitación familiar. Nos ayudó con el equipaje y siempre respondió rápidamente a nuestras preguntas. Teníamos pistolas de agua y otros juguetes que los niños podían usar para jugar en Xiaoqikong, además de una secadora y lavandería. El desayuno era ligero y delicioso. A mi hijo le encantó el caballito de madera, y también había ajedrez, una sala de té y un guzheng o guqin (no estoy seguro de cuál). El estilo minimalista de madera clara me resultó muy relajante y agradable.

La habitación era limpia y luminosa, e incluso tenía un altavoz Bluetooth BOSS. También tenía un balcón con ventilación natural, donde podías sentarte y escuchar el sonido del agua mientras admirabas el río Black Bay y el puente cubierto. Me conmovieron especialmente los tres recepcionistas, que fueron muy amables. Xiao Ren me ayudó con mi equipaje hasta la habitación y me dio algunos consejos para viajar a Fanjingshan, incluyendo el número de contacto del autobús directo de Tongren a Fanjingshan (solo 35 yuanes, y te recoge en el hotel). Cuando regresé, estaba un poco mojada por la subida y tuve que volver al hotel a buscar mi equipaje. Aunque ya había hecho el check-out, Xiao Man me ayudó proactivamente a encontrar una habitación donde pudiera usar un secador de pelo y lavarme el cabello. El Hotel Zhijin fue una experiencia fantástica. Ubicado en el casco antiguo de Pingyuan, su elegante entorno estilo jardín es particularmente encantador por la noche gracias a su hermosa iluminación. Las habitaciones eran amplias y limpias, con ropa de cama cómoda y excelente insonorización, lo que garantizaba un descanso tranquilo. El personal de recepción fue amable y atento, lo que hizo que el registro fuera eficiente. El personal fue amable y cuidó hasta el último detalle. El desayuno fue abundante y delicioso, y la comida excelente. El estacionamiento era conveniente, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para alojarse al visitar la Cueva Zhijin. En resumen, es limpio, cómodo y ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio: una gran opción para un viaje relajante. ¡Muy recomendable!

Me siento muy bien El hotel está situado a media montaña con una magnífica ubicación geográfica. Se puede ver todo el pueblo Miao. La habitación está muy limpia, las instalaciones son bastante inteligentes y la distribución de la habitación es bastante especial. Se nota que el dueño es muy atento. ¡La habitación también tiene una gran terraza con una vista estupenda! The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

Getting from the scenic area parking lot into any hotels in Qianhu Miao village can be very challenging. You would need to walk over 600 meters with luggage, queue for a local shuttle, and then walk or climb stairs again to reach whatever hotel you book. As a solo traveler with my young daughter and two suitcases, this initially felt overwhelming when thinking about this idea . I’m truely glad that I chose to stay with this hotel. Before we arrived, the staff proactively contacted me via WeChat and sent someone to meet us at the ticket checkpoint outside of the village to help with our luggage, and guide us onto the shuttle. This thoughtful assistance made a huge difference. The hotel’s location was perfect, right next to the viewing platform. After getting off the electric shuttle, it took only one minute walk to reach the lobby. The views from the lobby, rooftop, and room are absolutely stunning. We didn’t need to visit crowded public viewpoints — enjoying the sparkling night view of the Miao village from our room was more than enough. The Breakfast was generous and delicious, with surprisingly good coffee. A very good sour fish soup restaurant is located nearby. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They patiently taught my daughter the Miao ethnic batik indigo dye — she loved it so much that she couldn’t stop. On the fifth floor, the hotel also offers a variety of ethnic costumes for photo shoots. Even after checkout, they still helped carry our luggage all the way to the parking lot, which was truly appreciated. Although our stay was short, we could truly feel the care, attention to detail, and kindness from everyone at the hotel. Staying here felt more like being at home than at a hotel. We will definitely come back again and stay for longer. Strongly recommended!
