Nice hotel conveniently located just outside of 古城. Staff are helpful and provided recommendations on places to visit and to dine. The AI (小爱同学) was quite fun to interact with. Not much amenities though, and the water in the couple tub could not be drained off after one-use.

El hotel es perfecto. Para empezar y super importante, tiene metro justo a la salida del hotel caminas dos pasos. La ubicación es ideal. Bajo el hotel hay miles de sitios para comer. A 200 mtr de la calle principal donde encuentras todas las tiendas y centro comerciales de electrónica. El hotel podría ser perfectamente un 5 estrellas superior. La limpieza, la atención, el personal muy profesional, servicial, amables. La cama es inmensamente cómoda al igual que las almohadas. Sacada día te limpian la habitación, te dejan agua y zapatillas nuevas. Dispone de gel, champu y acondicionador. El desayuno es gratis siempre con la reserva y aunque es todo muy comida china, algo occidental encuentras, como huevos, algún tipo de embutido, pan, ...etc. Ah y unas vistas impresionables desde nuestra habitación. También tiene un bar en el que puedes tomarte un buen café o una copa de vino y las vista son increíbles. Repetiremos siempre qué nos encontremos en Shenzhen.

Pero todo lo demás fue una gran experiencia~ La zona seleccionada tiene una ubicación relativamente céntrica. Ya sea que vayas a Canton Tower o vayas a Shamian Island a jugar La ubicación central es más conveniente para viajar. El vestíbulo parece un poco lujoso. 按這個價格，衞生環境還有設施都是超預期的，甚至裏面可以留一些照片。如圖一圖三。設備也是很齊全。空間也很大，其實很適合情侶或者家庭入住。 但是服務不好，老闆娘在電話裏會自曝這裡是民宿而非酒店，對客人的私隱有一定的冒犯。但好在攜程管家的干預下沒有後續影響。 在攜程管家的干預下其實前台給分配了一個好的房間，本來我是超預期的。但是到了第二天上午（退房時間前），酒店會打電話催我走，把睡懶覺的我吵醒了。之後在我看電視的時候又打個電話催我換房間（我續訂了）。 我本來是在攜程上原房續訂的，但是酒店表示我入住了一個升級的房間，要我回到原本的房間檔次去。我的異議不大，確實酒店的房間設施很好。就服從了安排。 但店家似乎殺熟了？第二天我希望一個能看到湖的房間，沒有得到滿足，店家給了我一個面相老舊居民區的朝向。 和宣傳圖片相去甚遠。 而且更換的房間價格更高，有一些難聞的異味我散了好久，而且陽台的門壞了，體驗大幅度變差。 不知道是不是我睡懶覺打攪酒店做衞生了，按理説退房時間前我都可以住的，可能被記仇了吧。 不太建議心裏承受能力低的人入住。

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent, but pillows could be better (more firm/ supportive). Location is good, close to main tourist areas, but you need to didi (not easily walkable). Service was excellent, especially a lady at the front desk named 杨扬 who was very helpful and gave us many helpful recommendations and advice. Wifi in hotel was extremely slow, and even mobile reception in the rooms was unuseable (even for basic things like uploading photos or ordering *******).
