It’s a great hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to everything and they clean the rooms every day. There is TV in the rooms and you can watch series on Youtube and enjoy your journey. They have flight transports and you can book it by contacting the hotel. Warmly recommend Alex hotel for families with children.

Excelente desayuno y ubicación. La habitación estaba en el tercer piso, con terraza pero en el denso entorno de otros edificios alrededor - como resultado no había vista desde la ventana. La cama era un poco cruel.

El hotel es un hotel normal, hay todo lo que necesitas, una cama grande, una habitación limpia, sockets, un refrigerador, una mesa con café y té, una TV, mi habitación tenía incluso un balcón.

Muy buen desayuno. Muy buena atención del personal. Ya no es más Hyatt, es Yervan Place. Lamentablemente reservamos y pagamos una habitación para 3 y cuando llegamos nos enteramos que la tercer cama era un sofa-cama con la incomodidad que ello significa no sólo porque el colchón no es de la misma calidad sino que ocupa buena parte de la pieza (inutiliza todo el sofa). No hubo forma de mejorar esto ni hacerle entender a la administración. Como estábamos la mayor parte del tiempo afuera no fue un inconveniente para visitar Armenia y pasarla bien. Pero a quienes vayan en números impares, sugiero buscar otro hotel.

Very nice hotel, walking distance from the english park, friendly and very helpful staff The room was big enough with so much space and clean and the hotel is a in a very good condition We also tried their breakfast for 900 Daram .. it’s a very nice buffet with a lot of diversity but you can also have breakfast somewhere near the hotel for less.

Pequeño y acogedor hotel en el centro de la ciudad. Sencillo, pero económico. El desayuno es simbólico, pero fue suficiente para nosotros. Tenga en cuenta que el hotel no dispone de ascensor y subir a los pisos superiores con las maletas puede resultar un inconveniente. Hay aire acondicionado, nevera con barra. Es bastante silencioso con las ventanas cerradas. Lugar cómodo. Cerca de todo.

i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?

Super hotel muy reciente, idealmente situado en el centro de Yerevan. Todo está a pie muy rápido, la plaza de la República o la Avenida del Norte pie y turística. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, la cama es de calidad, y la ducha potente y excelente. Todo está disponible para la toalla, así como un té con café y té renovado cada día, así como agua mineral. El desayuno es en forma de bufete, es muy abundante, hay realmente todo lo que se puede desear, los huevos se cocinan a la demanda, todo es muy fresco y muy bueno.
