I had a conflict with this hotel, I didn’t stay there and my money was not refunded. When I tried to report this to trip.com service team and they contacted the manager, the manager made up some details of our conflict, lied to trip.com that I “shouted loudly and scolded the staff”, which is absolute nonsense. The thing is the receptionist who is the only staff member left the hotel, while i was waiting for him to give me motorbike for rent, which has been agreed before. He didn’t say a word to me, he just disappeared. Later , when I contacted the hotel by number from their business card, the other person has told me, that the receptionist is her husband and he went to another hotel to help other guests check in. They have several hotels and don’t have staff, so the receptionist guy does shuttle runs between hotels. Just for the note, the description of the hotel says 24 hours front desk. Empty front desk. The biggest problem is that the manager, the wife of the receptionist, has told trip.com that I was being impolite, because I made my decision to not stay at the hotel, where I would constantly need to wait for the service (due to their problems of staff shortage). And she lied, said I was yelling at staff. Which staff, I don’t know. The guy, who btw doesn’t even speak English, was not there. How could I yell to anyone, if I was all alone at the lobby waiting for the receptionist. And when I realized, this hotel is not where I would be comfortable, I cancelled the booking and I told the manager that I did so. And left the key. I wouldn’t think I won’t be able to get my money back. The manager is a liar. And they didn’t give me refund.

No tenía grandes expectativas cuando vi las fotos, pero cuando las visité en persona, la vista fue realmente fantástica. La vista del atardecer desde la habitación era muy bonita, ya que estaba en el centro principal, en el piso alto del edificio residencial. Se sentía un poco como una puesta de sol en el oeste de Estados Unidos. Pasó bastante tiempo hasta que el cielo se volvió púrpura incluso después de la puesta del sol... pero no se captura en la foto. Por primera vez en mucho tiempo disfruté de la hermosa vista abierta durante tanto tiempo. Cuando abrí la puerta de la terraza, el aire acondicionado se apagó automáticamente y quedé satisfecho con el estado general de limpieza de la habitación. Cuando miré el lavabo, el color del agua estaba un poco apagado, pero todavía tenía mucha agua para cepillarme los dientes al lado del lavabo, ¡así que lo dejé! Al principio me llevaba todos los filtros, pero cuando me fui de viaje sentí que era una pérdida de tiempo cambiarlos, así que no usé ninguno. No quiero viajar preocupándome por la calidad del agua y las condiciones de las tuberías. Termino comiendo Chocolate Hour cada vez. ¡Es delicioso para reponer azúcar después de nadar! Había muy poca gente en la piscina del edificio residencial y era espaciosa, lo cual era realmente agradable. Jaja, la hamburguesa del servicio de habitaciones estaba deliciosa, y el servicio de cerveza y cubitera de hielo fue amable.

The apartment is quite new and beautiful. But the room was different from the photo - although it was not worse. When we checked in, the floors were dirty. This was not a problem for us, I just washed them ㅋㅋ The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The location is also good and convenient. But we rented a car through Rosie and went north for 2 days to visit the safari and grand world. Transfer from and to the airport was also through Rosie. If there were any questions, Rosie immediately helped us and asked if we had any requests. From the window in the evening you can watch the wonderful fireworks. The air conditioning system is also very convenient, because I turned it off at night, and in the other room it was cold for me, but my mother likes the cool. The water is warm enough and has good pressure, but no shower filter. It's good that we brought it with us, and in 4 nights, I changed 2 filters from amway ㅋㅋ I think on our next trip we will stay at Rosie's.

Небольшой отличный отель. Чистый и светлый номер, постельные принадлежности белоснежные, вешалок полно, кому это важно. Есть кухня, где можно самим готовить еду. Посуды предостаточно. Замечательный хозяин- Бэн, очень дружелюбный, помогал во всём: с арендой мотоцикла, отправлял на вацап геолокации достопримечательностей, рынки, приобрёл для нас билеты на слипбас до Далата и на паром. И всё время был на связи по вацап. Готовил по утрам вкусный кофе (бесплатно). За отелем проходят шоу и фейерверки. Отель находится в пешей доступности от пляжа, парков, кафе. В этом отеле много русских и в основном остаются на длительное время, на 3-4 месяца. Нам всё понравилось, отель советую на все 100 %. Бэн в последний день выезда довёз нас до остановки 20 автобуса, который идет до паромной переправы. Помог с багажом, Бэн, вы просто золото. Будет возможность, мы еще вернемся. Огромная благодарность за вашу доброту, отзывчивость и за вашу милую улыбку!🙏🙏🙏 Кстати, мы бронировали номер стандарт, Бэн улучшил нам номер с большей площадью, с двумя 2-х спальными кроватями и балконом, откуда был вид на колесо обозрения.

This hotel is for you if you like a measured and calm holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable, homely atmosphere, there is a kitchen and everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Within walking distance of the market and supermarket, you can rent a motorbike. Not far away are two good beaches. Hospitable and very helpful staff. We wanted to stay for a few days, but in the end decided to stay here for a month. The next time you visit Phu Quoc, we are considering staying here.

El piso de la planta es como una tienda. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en el corazón del Gran Mundo aunque puede ser un poco difícil encontrar si usted confia en el mapa de google porque toda la zona no está mapeada con exactitud en los mapas de google. La habitación estaba en el 2 de Lvl, además del baño/tocador en el interior, hay otro baño fuera de nuestra habitación que estaba destinado a los clientes del café.

아파트먼트 로비에 들어가면 담당해주시는 직원분들이 친절하게 하나하나 설명해주시고 특히 영어를 굉장히 잘합니다. 말의속도가 굉장히 빨라서 듣기 어려울수있어요. 그래도 엄청친절하고 만날때마다 친절하게 인사해주고, 불편한점이있으면 카톡으로 친절하게 설명해줘요. 지어진지 얼마안된 건물이라 그런지 시설도 깔끔하고, 가격도 비싸지않아요. 그리고 아파트 발코니에서 아침의 따사로운 햇살과, 저녁의 일몰, 그리고 밤마다 열리는 불꽃축제의 야경을 감상하며 술을 마실수있으니 저는 적극 추천합니다. 정말 좋은 추억과 경험을 할 수 있어요. 그래도 섬이고 계절이 여름이다보니 벌레퇴치제는 꼭 필수로 뿌리고 나가셔야 모기에 안물립니다! 그리고 청소는 따로 비용을 받고있으니, 너무 지져분한것이 아니면 이용하지않아도되고, 수건은 요청하면 매일 무료로 가져다 줍니다(요청해야줘요) 식기구와, 유리잔(와인잔,언더락잔) 냉동고와 냉장실(얼음만들기가능) 세탁기가있으니 빨래할수가 있고 19층에 수영장도있습니다(수영장만있어요. 음식음료 안팜) 1층에 헬스장이있고 근처에 마트가있으나, 저는 선셋타운 야시장에 셀렉마트로 가서 사는게 더 이득이라고 생각이들었어요(종류가많음) 11시에 문을 닫으니 참고하세요. 복도에 쓰레기버리는곳이있으니 가져다 버리면되고, 티비가 엘지꺼라 넷플릭스 유튜브도 가능하니 참고하세요. 숙소근처에 에스컬레이터를 타고 편하게 내려갈수있으니 어렵게 뺑뺑 돌지마세요!

ห้องใหม่ กว้าง สะอาด สวยตรงปก ใกล้จุดการแสดงน้ำพุ มีผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดหน้า ไดร์เป่าผม แปรงสีฟัน หมวกคลุมผม สบู่ แชมพู+ครีมนวด หวี มีดโกนหนวด ให้ (ไม่มีตู้เย็น) ราคาไม่ถึงพันถือว่าโอเครอยู่ แต่!!!!! 1.มาถึงจะ check in ไม่มี จนท อยู่เลย จนต้องโทรตามแต่เป็นระบบฝากข้อความเสียง สักพักมีคนเดินมาจากร้านข้างๆทำการเช็คอินให้ คิดว่าน่าจะเป็น จนท นั่นแหละ ดังนั้นถ้ามาแล้วไม่เจอใคร ให้ไปถามหาได้ที่ร้านกาแฟข้างๆค่ะ 2.ที่พักไม่มีลิฟ เตรียมกำลังขามาด้วย ได้ห้องพักชั้น 4 เหนื่อยหอบทุกครั้งที่ขึ้นลง😅 3.ปลั๊กมี 3 จุด คือ ตรงหัวนอนฝั่งเดียว ตรงทีวี และในห้องน้ำ (มีปลั๊กตรงพื้นกลางห้องด้วยแต่วันที่ไปเสียบแล้วไม่มีไฟ) 4.เสียงดังร้องคาราโอเกะจากร้านโซนน้ำพุ แต่ 5 ทุ่มครึ่งก็เงียบแล้วค่ะ 5.เสียงปั๊มน้ำดังทั้งคืน หนวกหูมาก คนนอนยากๆน่าจะลำบากเหมือนเรา 6.จะ check out ไม่มี จนท อีกแล้ว เดินไปร้านข้างๆก็ยังไม่เปิด เลยต้องเขียนโน๊ตและวาง key card ไว้ที่เค้าท์เตอร์แทน

Прекрасные новые апартаменты, очень чисто и уютно. Персонал душевный, всегда готовы помочь. В лобби есть массажное кресло и бильярдный стол, готовят вкусный Фо, есть гольфкары для поездок по окрестностям. Все очень понравилось, рекомендую!

I had a great time at my stay. I booked last minute and everything went as smoothly. The location is good. Bed very comfortable and staff friendyly. I was one of their first customers. The facility is extremely new and clean and very nice. They have trams to take guests to the beach. The location with a public swimming pool is also beautiful and clean.
