«Fue muy práctico poder dejar mi equipaje o relajarme en el salón de la planta baja desde la mañana del check-in. El código de acceso a la habitación se genera automáticamente a la hora programada, lo que facilita el acceso. Me preocupaba que no hubiera personal en recepción, pero al contactar con la recepción 24 horas, recibí respuesta en cuestión de minutos, así que tuve una estancia sin problemas. La ubicación era excelente; está cerca de Hollywood Street y Universal Studios también está muy cerca, ¡a unos 20 dólares en Uber! Las instalaciones estaban limpias y, si vuelvo a Los Ángeles, sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Monica Pier Apartments. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the pier and beach, and there were plenty of food options within easy walking distance, which was really convenient. We were expecting a beach view, but our apartment was at the front of the building and looked out towards the road instead. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the apartment itself was very bright and airy. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, table and chairs, bathroom, little laundry and comfortable bed. There isn’t a lounge area, but as we were only staying for a couple of nights, that was fine. We also really enjoyed having the balcony. The white curtains looked lovely and let in plenty of natural light during the day. The only downside was that they didn’t block out the streetlight at night, so the apartment was quite bright while sleeping. Some blockout curtains or blinds would make a big difference. The hosts were great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, well located and good value for money, and we would happily stay again.»

El hotel dispone de una sala de estar con un refrigerador y un horno de microondas, que se puede acceder de las 6 a las 10 horas.»

«El lugar es conveniente, el servicio es bueno, sólo el aire frío a veces no es bueno, el aislamiento de sonido es un poco malo, en general está bien, puede comer muy conveniente, hay un depósito de equipaje muy bueno!»
