Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

The breakfast really average, and if you come at 9 ish the food was empty, they won't top up the food, we usually go to 7 11 after having breakfast in the hotel because the food is not enough really pointless to having breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure why they forced us to having room with breakfast while they can provide enough food. reception Name Ann the only girl at reception really rude, love to yell and talk to you in the bad way, the worst reception I ever met in my life. Luckily the other reception name Thanakryt was nice and really accommodate. If its not for my brother skate training that just 3 min walk from this hotel we won't stay here. Also the staff having meals together with you in breakfast so with really small amounts of food you not just compete with guests but also with staff 🤣😂

La habitación es muy limpia, es más difícil de encontrar, el baño es muy pequeño, los accesorios de lavabo son muy pocos, no hay tostadas de dientes, hay agua para lavar cabello y champán, pero es muy seguro, hay seguridad abajo para vigilar. La habitación tiene nevera, aire acondicionado y ventilador. Cuando se queda, puedes buscar el jardín directamente, Es muy adecuado para nosotros, ah, también está cerca de caminar más de diez minutos. Más de cien dólares por noche son más baratos que yo, la próxima vez volveré 😃

Great for those who come to the concert at the impact arena. Going to the apartment for the first time is a bit scary, but the room inside is very nice. the owner did a good job to create a comfortable atmosphere inside. In general, there is everything you might need. There is a large shopping center nearby, 7-11, and the arena is about a 7-minute walk away. I will book again!

ก็โอเคนะคะโดยรวมดี พนักงานก็โอเคพูดจาน่ารักทุกคนเลยค่ะ สามารถใช้บัตรแทนการมัดจำด้วยเงินสดได้ด้วย ห้องพักสะอาด ไม่มีเสียงยากห้องอื่นดังรบกวนเลย ยกเว้นอย่างเดียวอาจเป็นเพราะว่าติดกับถนนใหญ่เลยมีเสียงรถบ้างเป็นปกติ ส่วนตัวเราไม่ได้มีปัญหากับเรื่องนี้เลย เพราะมันเล็กน้อยมาก คะแนน 9/10

ที่พักสะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย แอร์เย็น ของกินเล่นในห้องฟรี ที่จอดรถมีให้แต่อาจจะเต็มต้องมาจอดริมถนนเพราะเป็นที่พักรายเดือนด้วย แต่มี รปภ. ดูแล และความปลอดภัยโอเค จุดอ่อนคือไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ใครทำอะไรเดินผ่านห้องได้ยินหมด ถ้าคิดจะนอนตื่นสาย อาจกลายเป็นรำคาญได้
