Lamentablemente, no pude alojarme allí, ya que me avisaron de que no estaba disponible después de haber reservado. Sin embargo, el mismo anfitrión me ofreció otro alojamiento en una zona cercana, pero esto ocurrió a medianoche y no pude negarme porque estaba muy cansado del viaje. El alojamiento no era el mismo que el de la reserva, pero el anfitrión hizo todo lo posible por ayudarme, incluso me ofreció una habitación mejor al día siguiente y me permitió salir muy tarde, ya que mi vuelo salía a las 23:00. Aunque al principio no funcionó, al final sí. Las fotos son de la habitación mejorada.

Lanson Place Mall of Asia is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Their service is simply one of the best. They genuinely take care of their guests and make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to their Junior Suite, which made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated the gesture! I also appreciate how polite and welcoming all the hotel staff are. You can really see how passionate they are about their work. The food was also great, and special mention to Ja, one of their servers, who was very polite and attentive and always made sure our needs were taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again in the future! ❤️

El personal es amable. Aunque mi marido duda un poco en darnos nuestras identificaciones para confirmarlo porque los dos miembros del personal esa noche se ven muy informales (nakapambahay) en lugar de llevar ropa formal y uniforme. Como pinay, lo entiendo. Pero aun así están trabajando en una residencia donde suelen alojarse extranjeros. Mi marido pensó que era una estafa. Pero le explico la cultura. También confío en mi intuición esa noche. Me explicaron todo bien. Y estoy feliz de volver allí si alguna vez volvemos a visitar Filipinas. También el personal que me ayudó con las cosas allí, lo saludo. Es muy amable, lo que impresionó mucho a mi marido. Le dije que no juzgara el libro por su portada. Salimos y compramos algunas cosas que están muy cerca del lugar y los guardias son muy amables al ayudarnos a encontrar un lugar para fumar, ya que las áreas privadas y públicas son para no fumadores. Felicitaciones a Filipinas y Shore Residences. Olvidé tomar fotografías ya que no teníamos una estadía larga, además solo necesitamos un lugar para descansar y quedarnos un rato. Y estamos ocupados empacando así que...🥰

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era exactamente como se describía en el anuncio. La ubicación es conveniente, con fácil acceso a tiendas cercanas y zonas clave de la ciudad. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento y amable, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario durante nuestra estancia. En general, disfruté muchísimo de nuestra estancia y sin duda recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y sin complicaciones.

No estamos satisfechos con nuestra estadía de 3 noches, ubicación y instalaciones es excelente, reservamos feb 2 -5, limpieza sólo una vez, en realidad no se limpia sólo cambiando las líneas y toallas, pido los materiales de limpieza de la toalla y el spa de la cacahuete, El propietario no pagó desde septiembre de 2024. No lo recomendaré a nadie, aunque la Torre 2 Shore 1 es una bonita residencia, puede tratar a otro dueño de condo sólo no a esta Casa de Wu estadía antigua. Pero me gusta el ambiente de los guardias de la Shore2 Tower1 y la recepción están acomodando,.Tenemos una buena vista desde el balcón.

La ubicación está muy cerca de donde mi negocio en Makati está. Restaurantes, tiendas e incluso tienda de conveniencia está justo fuera de la propiedad. Muy conveniente. El personal del hotel también es amigable.

I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
