«This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my friend, and the second time was with my younger sibling. I really like Hotel Paradise Suite because of its strategic location and the free amenities like Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel except for one thing, the mattress. It is too soft, which causes back pain and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If you look at the third picture, that is where I chose to sleep. After moving there, I was finally able to sleep better. No hate. I truly like this hotel. However, perhaps the management could consider upgrading the mattress to one that is of better quality and more comfortable.»

The view was beautiful, especially at night, giving a calm and cozy vibe. 👍 Facilities were complete, felt just like being at home. The location is also very strategic, close to food spots and popular attractions, making it easy to get around. «Very friendly staff who were able to change our room to check us in earlier. Location is close to shopping malls and airport and has a restaurant and convenience store in the building. The pool area is very nice to chill out and the lunch menu was also nice»

«Room is spacious, clean and have two queen beds and sofa, and the view is awesome as i can see mount kinabalu from there. The room has all amenities (fridge, induction cooker, iron, etc) that make our stay very convenience. There are many restaurant within walking distance. Love this homestay, definitely will stay here again in future.»

CONTRAS ❗️ La caja de llaves fue difícil de identificar debido a las letras pequeñas y al color diferente de las otras cajas. ❗️ El manual proporcionado estaba incompleto; no se mencionaba la cerradura de la puerta del apartamento, que necesita calor para activarse. ❗️El nro. de contacto. en esta aplicación no se puede contactar, así que tuve que buscarlo en Google. ❗️ El estacionamiento es muy confuso (incluso para los guardias de seguridad). ❗️ Los guardias de seguridad eran incompetentes. Es necesario capacitarlos adecuadamente sobre la distribución del edificio. ❗️ Los fregaderos no se instalaron correctamente, lo que provocó pequeñas inundaciones en el baño y la cocina. ❗️ La ropa de cama no estaba lo suficientemente limpia para mi hermana, que tiene la piel muy sensible ya que le dieron chinches después de dormir allí. ❗️ El agua goteaba del aire acondicionado encima del televisor, por lo que tuvimos que apagarlo para evitar descargas eléctricas y mal funcionamiento del televisor.»

«Overall, our stay was very good – actually, better than expected! We had a lovely balcony with a nice view. The pool itself was nice – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful. After we checked out, we accidentally left some clothes in the washing machine, and they kindly recovered them for us. That kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference! Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, so you’ll never go hungry. I’d definitely recommend this place for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, well-located base. Great value for money.»
