Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Honestamente, no intento culpar a ningún miembro individual del personal, pero si nuestra habitación no está bajo esa gestión, ¿por qué se mostraba ese número de forma tan destacada en el mostrador? Fue engañoso y causó una confusión innecesaria a los huéspedes. Finalmente, encontré otro número de contacto en mi página de reserva y los llamé directamente. El encargado dijo que enviaría el secador de pelo inmediatamente, pero después de esperar 10 minutos, nadie vino. Bajamos a recepción de nuevo, y el personal nos dijo: ”Estamos un poco ocupados, pueden volver a subir ahora, mi personal está esperando fuera de su puerta”. Honestamente, parecía que solo querían que nos fuéramos rápido y nos dieron una excusa aleatoria para despacharnos, porque cuando regresamos a la habitación, no había nadie. Al final, solo recibimos el secador de pelo a las 11 AM. Tardar una hora completa solo para que nos entregaran un secador de pelo en la habitación fue, honestamente, bastante ridículo.

We had a very cozy and comfortable stay. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The management team was friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we had any questions. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in the handbook, so everything was straightforward. We also really appreciated having a dedicated parking space provided with the unit, which was very convenient compared to other places where guests have to find parking on their own. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay!

La habitación era buena, excepto que la ubicación está cerca de la autopista y no podíamos dormir bien debido al ruido de tráfico. Sugerir instalar ventanas de cancelación de ruido para toda la habitación. De lo contrario, la estancia no será agradable y afectará a su negocio. Para su consideración pls.

Clean and lovely apartment. Convenient location, just 150m walk to lost world of tambun. Check in was simple, fast response from mgmt company via WhatsApp. Onsen was nice and hot, good for evenings and nights.

The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking, which made arrival really convenient. Check in was smooth with a proper check in counter available and having Bila Bila Mart nearby was a nice bonus for grabbing anything we needed. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, the pool was a little crowded during our stay but the gym had plenty of space and was well equipped with the basic equipment you’d need for a workout. One thing I particularly liked about the room was that the shower and toilet areas were separated which made the bathroom feel much more practical and comfortable to use

Todo bien. El desayuno es muy bueno, con mucha variedad. Sin embargo, no hay enchufes cerca de la cama. Elegí una habitación con bañera, pero no me la dieron.

Place is great. Everything complete. Just a little frustrated that the pool cant be used at the time we were there

¡Muy bien servicio y muy atento! ¡Muy seguro para permanecer con guardia de seguridad cuidando 24h. La piscina fue muy grande y no permite que el piso vaya a la piscina. Muy recomendado para la estancia familiar!

The location was great 👍 . Suitable for stress free environment - the beauty of greenery and mountain view so fascinating !🥰 Things got annoyed with my unit (E2) were: I) Key collection locker - couldn't see the numbers clearly (due to same silver colours). 2) The bathroom door (inside Master Bedroom) so noisy eg. krak krak really annoying !😐. 3) The mattress inside Bedroom 2 is uneven. (Those with slip disc problems having difficulty to sleep on it.) 🙁 Need improvements ASAP !
