Newly renovated with great self-service check in system, though some details need attention. Overall, I really liked the newly renovated room. The self-service process is seamless, and the message guidelines are very clear—though the video quality could be improved, it was still easy enough to understand. A few things to note: Parking: The underground car park doesn't have a direct link to the main building (likely because it's an older building that was refurbished). Room Details: The bedsheets were worn to the point of pilling ,and the curtain holder fell off during my stay, possibly due to the wall material. Despite these minor maintenance issues, I was satisfied with the renovation details. Everything still feels very fresh and new!

Reasons for the low service rating: 1. Host did not initiate contact with me regarding booking information. I have to send them a message to inquire for a booking that I had already paid for. 2. Host requires a RM200 deposit which my friend who had booked with a different host at the exact same location did not demand. 3. After making the deposit payment in the morning at 10.30am and providing all other information requested, host did not respond to provide any additional information such as unit number and pin code for to retrieve access card. 4. At 5pm when I had finally arrived at the building, I still had not received any form of communication from the host. I had attempted to call their service line (+601157651449) but no one responded to the 6 calls that I had made. 5. At the mailbox area, I had also overheard another visitor that was also facing similar issue where the pin provided to her was not working and that she was also not getting response from the host. 6. Host offered late checkout that I did not need as I was departing early morning the next day. The building is relatively new but the number of lift does not cater to the residents, there are many occasions where we had to skip multiple lift rides as it was overcrowded. The unit itself is clean with basic amenities.

Nice place with superb surroundings. The swimming pool, canopy walk, gym and common area are well maintained. The house is also very clean and spacious. Recommended to those who like peaceful and quiet stay.

First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work. Ventajas 1. El condominio está ubicado justo al lado de The Lost World Tambun. Si vas a la laguna, este es el lugar indicado. El carrito está afuera del vestíbulo y ofrece transporte gratuito hasta la entrada. 2. El proceso de registro es sencillo con cerradura digital. 3. La administración es muy amable y es fácil comunicarse con ellos. 4. El balcón da a la laguna y tiene una vista muy bonita. 5. La piscina de agua caliente junto a la piscina es relajante. Desventajas 1. Si viajas para disfrutar de la gastronomía de Ipoh, la estancia está a unos 30 minutos del centro. Bastante lejos. 2. La limpieza es un problema. Suelo pegajoso, tapa del inodoro con manchas amarillas. 3. La cama se hunde; mi tía no puede dormir en toda la noche. 4. El sofá se hunde; mi espalda está prácticamente en el agua. 5. El caudal de agua de la ducha es limitado. La presión del agua es muy baja y diría que solo sirve para mojar el cuerpo. La presión del agua del lavabo es buena.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though.

Rooms are just as described and super clean. With many well placed plug points. For a two bedroom, with separate toilet and shower, it was just nice for a quick trip with our youngest. Gardens were well manicured and fun, with many great photo spots. Working space was nice too. Both Pools seemed a little too small for the entire place but it was cute and well designed with a great view! Was a little noisy down the corridors because of the school holiday crowd but the rooms were insulated well enough to avoid sleepless nights.  Checking in though was horrendous because there was only one counter per management company and even if everyone had really great patience, was committed to lining up in an orderly fashion, and even had friendly conversations between queuing ‘peers’, it would have been better managed with proper signs to the q’s ( according to company) and just opening more counters at least during super peak seasons.  The housekeeping team and process was laid bare for everyone to see from the ground floor so i trust the management will buy some screening stickers or something just so it is kept more private and away from guests sight.
