Buena estancia. Cerca de un restaurante musulmán, una tienda de conveniencia, etc. Se tardan entre 20 y 30 minutos en llegar a la cima de Genting. Hay que registrarse en Maple y luego dirigirse al aparcamiento designado en la parte trasera. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la habitación directamente desde el aparcamiento, sin necesidad de cambiar de ascensor. Instalaciones limpias y completas. Es como una casa de dos habitaciones con cocina, microondas y nevera. La piscina es grande, pero hace un frío glacial. Hay un parque infantil. Reservamos una habitación con tres desayunos y estaba escrito a mano en nuestro cupón de desayuno. Desafortunadamente, el gerente de la cafetería dijo que estaba diseñado solo para dos personas, pero no nos permitió el desayuno para tres, ya que estaba escrito para tres en el cupón. El menú no es variado; solo hay nasi lemak, maggi frito, salchicha, nuggets y popia vegetariana. Pero está bien para un desayuno rápido. El nasi lemak y el sambal están deliciosos. En general, una buena estancia.

Staying 3 days 2 nights, last minute booking and requested a room on the top floor but unfortunately there were no rooms available that time. Stay in block C with hill view and new cable car. Can see a little bit of the Skyworld ice age game. Fortunate to picture a clear view on daytime and night. Satisfied because the cooking equipment and washing machine work well especially the dryer. There will be more famous f&b shops will be opened soon. Although there is only 1 access key and parking isn't free, I am still satisfied with the facilities available especially the outdoor and indoor playground, swimming pool, hidden garden, hammock, stargazing, wall climbing, trampoline all free. Other extra activities such as bowling, darts & pool, golf simulator and karaoke are also available and the fee is also affordable. Comfortable for families to have fun in privacy. More interestingly, the staff are also very quick to act when receiving complaints. To go up to Skyworld, you can also go through the skybridge and walk 20-30 minutes. If you are lucky, you can use the buggy provided. Wheelchairs and strollers are also available at the customer service counter on level G. Highly recommended for large families. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and definitely will come back again.

Had a great 3D2N family stay at Antara Genting Highlands. We booked 3 bedroom suite and requested a higher floor with a nice view, which the hotel kindly arranged. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family, will definitely come back for our next visit. Location is convenient, around 15-20 minutes walk to SkyAvenue via the link bridge. Breakfast options are still quite limited. The biggest disappointment was the Jaccuzi, as the water was cold throughout our stay. We contacted the hotel and maintenance came to check, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved until the day we check out. The lifts were quite slow during check-out time. Overall, still a good stay for families, and hopefully the hotel can improve these areas.

La ubicación es fantástica, ya que hay una playa detrás del edificio que está conectado a la piscina. Aunque la dirección envió a un técnico muy rápidamente cuando inicialmente informamos sobre el problema, no pudieron resolver el problema completamente (el aire contenía aire frío y la mayoría del tiempo fue generado aire caliente), que no nos dimos cuenta no fue completamente resuelto dado que pasamos la mayor parte de las horas de trabajo de la dirección fuera de la unidad y que sólo fue hasta tarde de la noche notamos que toda la unidad estaba bastante caliente (como sólo había un ventilador en la habitación con la cama única; como las otras dos camas reinas se llenaban de aire acondicionado). Nos informó de nuevo sobre el problema a través de WhatsApp y la gestión ofreció refrigerador de aire - sin embargo, sólo reservamos una noche y ya estaban comprobando cuando esto ocurrió

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
