We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this. One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

This is easily the best hotel/BNB I’ve ever stayed in. My entire family felt completely relaxed and able to recuperate both mentally and physically. It was a much-needed respite for everyone. The amenities, room and view were phenomenal. The attached Antara shopping mall has plenty of food, shopping and basic groceries options. Getting to Genting first world from Antara Genting on a weekday night was a bit of a challenge (via grab / cab) but thankfully we drove so it wasn’t a major issue. Hotel parking was reasonable at ~MYR$5 a day. The credit card refund for the $200 security deposit was also very quick and efficient. We’ll definitely be back at Antara Genting CoBNB.

Love the room.. we enjoyed it very much.. Very spacious, complete amenities and has a bathtub. Good view and tv has Netflix and YouTube. Bath amenities, love the heavenly manly sandalwood scent… :) There’s a small mall below it.. Property has a lot of facilities which I love. Love the pool and jacuzzi. Need to make bookings for some and it is chargeable. Not easy if you can’t make a swift transfer. Shower pressure is not good though and lighting is a bit too dim especially in the bathroom. Ample parking but it is chargeable at RM5.30 per day. Location however is a big downer as it is about 20mins walk to the main area via a sheltered slight uphill walkway. Overall, I will stay again and will recommend. I just hope they can maintain this place well or it’ll be a waste.

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

La estancia fue muy cómoda y nueva. Contaban con agua caliente, ventilador y aire acondicionado. Me encantó el agua caliente, ya que siempre estaba caliente, sin importar cuánto tiempo tardara en bañarme. Dormí muy bien y disfruté mucho de las vistas a la montaña. Sería genial poder preparar un ligero estofado para la suite king, con cubiertos de acero inoxidable incluidos. La habitación también estaba muy limpia; para mí, el precio de la estancia en Highland es bastante razonable considerando la calidad. Volveré a alojarme aquí.

Location was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning. Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only). We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

We really enjoy our stay. the place was clean,comfortable, and well maintain. The facilities were good especially pool for kids,they love it. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience,and we would definitely staying here again.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

Very satisfied with our stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and good service. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended
