It’s a super nice vacation home, just like staying in Bali itself. Lots of eateries around the location. We love it so much!

Overall, we had a good exp and enjoyed our stay, especially because of the facilities provided. However, some equipments may need maintenance. The hairdryer made a sizzling sound when in use & there was only one provided. The living room fan kept switching off by itself every 10-15mins. We contacted the host and were told that we might have accidentally set the timer despite the timer could only be set for 2 or 4 hrs. Other than these issues, we were happy with our stay.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí. La última vez fue hace dos años. Esta vez me dieron un apartamento de dos habitaciones en lugar de una. Como siempre, el apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado al llegar. No se fumaba dentro. Aunque está ubicado en el centro, con otros apartamentos, está relativamente cerca de cualquier lugar. Perfecto para quienes conducen, ya que cuenta con aparcamiento. Gracias a su autosuficiencia, apenas se necesitan servicios ni asistencia de la administración o del personal de servicio. ¡Muy recomendable!

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Me encanta este establecimiento por la ubicación y la habitación... fácil de registrar y menos bullicio. la habitación es grande y acogedora. la gerencia muy servicial y amigable. Seguro que me quedaré aquí de nuevo en el futuro.

Un lugar muy bueno

En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos con nuestra estancia aquí. Lo único malo fue que no había proyector disponible. Tampoco se podía usar Netflix en la televisión. Se requiere un depósito de 100 MYR, que se nos devolvió el día de nuestra salida.

De hecho, al principio estaba muy satisfecho. Pensé que la próxima vez podría no tener que encontrar otro hotel. Porque no hay sabor a la puerta cuando se abre. Además de algunas chicas de ladrillos, la cama es muy limpia. La cama es nueva y ni siquiera el bolso de envasado está 😅 El más importante que tengo que ir es muy cerca de donde voy. ¡Muy cerca! Conveniente Pero cuando volvía a lavarse la mañana, no había agua caliente ***, junto con un ventilador, lavaba el agua fría, el cabello estaba muy caliente, no podía dormir. El estado de ánimo completo estaba mal. El propietario del mensaje podría ser demasiado tarde para recibir una respuesta. Espero que esto pueda mejorar. De lo contrario, no hay buen entorno. Volverá.

Everything was great except for the lift service of the building itself. The system of the lifts was so stupid that we waited almost an hour to get down from the 33th floor. In the end there were 20 people just waiting to go down. Out of 6 lifts only one comes when called/signal is given. Otherwise everything was clean and nice.
