the room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Excelente estadía, habitaciones limpias y personal amigable. Hotel ideal para los huéspedes. Servicio limpio, acogedor y excelente.

The service apartment is relatively spacious, but I think this unit need some upgrade as it seems lack of maintenance… Can find bugs in the living room… The toilet paper seems to be rinsed by water…. Generally giving us a feeling that this apartment looks dusty…

Restauración limpia y maravillosa en Kota Bharu. Control fácil en proceso. Precio asequible. Muchas tiendas de comida cerca. Cerca del supermercado. Volverá aquí para el próximo viaje.

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.
