«Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.»

«Location wise, very strategic, right in the centre of Kota Bharu town. McDonalds, Starbucks, Coffee beans, and other shops are conveniently located at the ground floor. Parking however is a nightmare. It's took time for us to read n understand it to where to parking. The numbers of parking lot is erased and we need to count the parking lot with clear numbers just to prevent our car park at wrong parking lot. Bathroom cleanliness is very bad. The bathroom wall look like never been washed before. Very dirty. The small room is not so clean and there is stain bed sheet and hairs. The floor also a lot of dust.»

«We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!»

«Estar aquí por una noche es una gran experiencia, especialmente para la familia con niños. Me quedé aquí con mi familia y definitivamente volveré a repetir. Los niños que se divirtieron jugando en la piscina Nivel 6. Sólo a la hora de la noche, no hay mucha luz en el lado de la piscina. Familia con más de un coche, necesita pagar más, o puede pagar 20myr por un día en el estacionamiento de la base. En general, todo está bien.»

«When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.»

«Overall of the apartment was great but just the allocation of this room apartment is confusing and have to walk a journey from gourd house only will reach the room . The flow of the building construction of the 2 wings building was not so convenience . We have to go to P floor to move to another Wing and to take another Lift from another corner to another end only will reached the room . It will be not so convenience if have guests which with small kids or elderly ppl. The rest was great.»
