«Booked a 3 bedroom apartment only to find out it was a studio and a 2 bedroom next to each other. Check in was pretty straight forward and there was plenty of parking lots for guests. Room has a stale smell but the toilets were stink with sewage odour, even the air freshener we bought couldn't mask the bad odour. We also killed 2 cockroaches in the washrooms. Seems like these apartments were vacant for some time. Don't think I would stay in this apartment in future.»

The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. «En general, era un lugar de alojamiento bueno y bien equipado. Las instalaciones están en la parte superior, con un distribuidor de agua que ofrece agua caliente y libre de flujo, un gran refrigerador, herramientas de cocina, cuchillo, lavado corporal, champú, secador de pelo, hierro, pendiente, lavado de mano y detergente para lavar la ropa. El punto más importante fue la lavavajillas con función de secador, que fue muy conveniente y la primera vez que me encontré con esta característica en una unidad NestHome. La ubicación es buena, y las instalaciones están en el nivel 8, y desde B2, podemos cruzar el puente de enlace a través del nivel 8 a RF Mall, que fue muy conveniente. La habitación tenía un olor a cigarrillos que parecía venir de ningún lugar. La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad, y la habitación está en el centro de la ciudad.
