1. Very spacious room for this price point to be honest. Could be because it's not a major city... 2. Kitchen equipment like induction cooker and pot and bowls and utensils were provided! Makes it possible to cook your own meals (or even just Maggie mee) fridge was very big so can buy drinks to store 3. Location was alright. Located along small alley but very near main road leading to shopping street and Kokura station. 4. Aircon and heater worked well. Great for winter weather 5. Bathroom ventilator was very strong. To the extent that it feels very cold after taking a shower. We tried closing the bathroom door at night and it was literally like a freezer in the morning when we open it. But also because of the ventilator, our clothes dried fast indoors 🥶 6. Now to the pain points. First got to be the facility management and check in check out process. This property does auto check in meaning there is no physical staff to handle your check in check out throughout. There is no receptionist at all. I made my booking 2- 3 hours prior to arriving at property. At the front door we were prompted to input entry passcode which we had no idea what it was (it's not the reservation number provided by the booking partner like Agoda or trip.com) tried to contact both the hotel helpline (there was a Jp phone number at the entrance but that's all, no other info whatsoever) and also escalated to Agoda (as I made my booking through Agoda for first nights) but no ans. In the end we had to enter property when someone unlocked the front entrance using her own passcode before we could speak to the helpdesk through the tablets. So it turns out that they claim most travellers would make their reservation at least a day prior to arrival, which was why system didn't capture my booking (yet ironically they allowed booking for same day check in .... When they clearly cannot manage the whole process) shouldn't there be more effort being put in to monitor for same day booking so the traveller doesn't get stuck at the front entrance especially in winter weather? We had to sit at the park nearby while trying to contact the helpdkesks but couldn't get through till the end...... The whole check in process was rather manual, basically you enter the info as prompted on screen then video call the helpline agent to verify before you'll get your passcode to your room. (All through tablet) Security seems alright if you're ok with the idea of using a keypad lock instead of having a physical room card? I guess customers just have to always make sure no one is looking when entering the passcode at the front door. Btw same passcode is used to enter hotel front entrance and for your room lock. All in all the biggest issue we found was the check in check out process. Overall stay was above average.

Great bargain for a hotel for people who just need to catch some sleep in between busy days. You have to do practically everything yourself, but for the price it’s a deal. One great surprise was there was a washing machine. Of course you have to know a bit of Japanese to use it (Google translate), but I was able to even do a quick wash of yesterday’s sweaty clothes. You get your typical toothbrush, comb, towels, and robes. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was clean and expectedly small. I’d definitely stay again.

spacious for 4 adults as there are 3 queen beds. still lots of space for us to keep luggages opened up throughout the stay. shower water pressure was good, there's heating for the toilet and kitchen sink as well. about 5-10 mins walk to Hakata station. free parking available even though it's first come first serve, but we didn't have trouble getting a parking lot throughout our stay. it's an unmanned hotel so check in/out is just using the tablet and self service. the only slight complain i have is that we booked for 14 nights so they should have planned for it and provided enough supplies (body soap, shampoo, garbage bag, tissues). however, i was able to get refills by emailing them. not sure how to use the tablet in the room to contact them, interface seems cumbersome.

We are enjoying for staying here :-) The location is good, quiet and clean. It's about 15min walking distance from Hakata Station. There got a family mart in 10min walking distance. The room is very clean. There got some amenities facilities as the pictures shows. As a nutshell, I will recommend it to my friends who going to travel in Foukouka.

L'appartement est de bonne taille avec 2 grands lits Coin salon, et lessive à disposition Nous avons aimé la taille du logement c'est un réel plus pour nous Et c'était proche de l'aéroport aussi Merci

Está muy lejos del centro, A unos 20 minutos a pie. Ingreso sin mando, salir, así que ... Si hubo un problema, podría ser un poco difícil de comunicar. Cuando me eché de vuelta, el kiosk siguió saliendo en extraño japonés, así que me sentía un poco embarazada, pero .... Puede cambiar el idioma al kiosk coreano y utilizarlo. No limpié la habitación en tres días. Si lo preguntas, lo harás. ... Después de todo, hubo un pequeño inconveniente en la barrera lingüística, y el sistema inmannito. Las instalaciones fueron limpias y agradables como se muestra en la foto. Tengo un médico para usarlo de nuevo en mi próxima visita.

전체적으로 깔끔했어요. 예외인 부분은 식칼이랑 (어차피 취사 안해서 상관은 없었어요) 여벌 이불이 콘센트를 가리고 있어서 찾는데 한창 걸렸어요. 그리고 콘센트가 너무 멀고 위치가 애매해서 선이 길거나 멀티탭 소지해야 편할 것 같습니다! 여벌 이불 은 먼지 가득이었습니다. 위치는 텐진역과 가깝고 걸어서 라라포트가 정말 가까웠습니다. 칫솔치약 샴푸트리트먼트바디워시 다 있습니다만 칫솔이 너무 안들어서 따로 챙겨오시는 거 추천드립니다. 드라이기는 열이 세서 잘 말려져서 좋았고요. 수건도 넉넉히 주셔서 따로 안챙기셔도 될 것 같습니다. 그리고 제일 불편했던 게 와이파이가 안된다는 거.. 안돼요 그냥 .. 그래서 유튜브나 넷플릭스, 핸드폰 사용 편하게 못했습니다.. 그럼에도 불구하고 나쁘지 않은 편이었습니다. 편한 분위기와 전체적으로 깔끔한 부분, 방키가 없고 비밀번호 형식이라 잃어버릴 걱정하지 않아도 되는 부분, 호텔 바로 아래 출입구에 흡연구역이 있던 부분 등 좋은 부분도 많았으니 참고해서 이용하심 될 것 같습니다!

친구들과 시모노세키와 모지코를 다녀왔습니다. 이 숙소는 모지코역에서 도보로 10-15분 정도 걸리다 보니 짐이 있거나 우천시에는 찾아가기에 좀 인내심이 필요합니다. 입구에서 비번을 눌러야하는데 트립닷컴에서 받은 어떠한 번호로도 열리지 않았습니다. 운좋게 관계자분이 지나가다 보셔서 도움받아 들어갈수 있었는데 체크인에도 어려움이 발생해서 체크인을 하는 태블릿으로 화상연결하여 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 앞서 어려움만 이야기 하였으나 일단 방에 들어가서는 굉장히 만족하였습니다. 방도 상대적으로 다른곳보다 넓고 깔끔했으며 화장실과 샤워실이 구분되어있고 전자렌지, 인덕션이 있어 간단한 조리도 가능합니다. 참고로 인덕션은 화력이 약해 고기같은건 생각 안하시는게 좋겠습니다. TV도 크고 유튭,넷플릭스 등등도 이용 가능합니다. 숙소 근처에 ‘할로데이’ 대형마트가 있어 좋습니다. 전체적으로 앞서 입실에 어려움 빼놓고는 상당히 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

多謝網友嘅評論提醒，等我都貢獻少少 當晚因為上錯高速，去到應該過左十點…即刻打去同佢講聲 原來根本唔使去，佢俾左個大門密碼同訂房編號就可以自己check in 😂 好方便～ 退房亦都係房個pad度按個制就得👍🏻👍🏻 間酒店仔係橫街，跟GPS都👌🏻 另外酒店樓下有三個車位，附近亦好多時租 門司港d鋪好早收，但好在五分鐘路程有間Lawson🤪

En conclusión, fue el mejor alojamiento para este viaje, pero hubo varios problemas. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, pero el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Y hubo un problema en mi habitación donde la puerta no funcionó, y pude resolver este problema en una hora a través de una conversación con el gerente (la puerta no estaba cerrada estrechamente, así que tuve que empujarla con fuerza). La habitación estaba en el mejor estado y todo en el baño y el baño estaba bien.

El lugar está cerca de las atracciones, la habitación está limpia, hay suministros limpios y un entorno limpio de toallas, el servicio del personal es muy bueno, se puede guardar el equipaje, hay restaurantes abajo, y hay pequeños recibos.
