For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. My payment should therefore not be interpreted as acceptance that the charge was properly disclosed or valid under my original booking. Thank you for investigating this matter. Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Quiero darle mi aprobación. Es muy práctico para ir en coche a Venecia y alojarse en Mestre. Vi a muchos blogueros recomendando este lugar en Xiaohongshu, así que decidí probarlo. No me decepcionó. El servicio fue muy amable, el ambiente limpio e higiénico, y relativamente tranquilo. Sin embargo, la habitación no ofrecía agua embotellada gratuita. En recepción podrían ofrecer limonada gratis. El jefe también charló con nosotros por la mañana, lo cual fue muy agradable. No pedí el desayuno, sino que lo comí en la cafetería de al lado. Fue un desayuno muy bueno. Luego tomé el tren a Venecia. A nadie le importó la tasa de la isla. De hecho, nadie comprobó los billetes de tren. Era cosa del bolsillo. Evité por completo el restaurante Da Michele, que estaba al lado. Me lo recomendaron Dianping y Xiaohongshu. Pedí fideos con marisco, que estaban muy salados. También fue muy extraño que cobraran 2,6 € por persona por la mesa. Este es el restaurante del que más me arrepiento de haber comido en Europa.

Wonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat. Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast. The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel. Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

The hotel is around 10-15mins from St Marco Square and 25mins from train station but there are still lots of good restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel has its private pier which allows water taxi to disembark which is extremely convenient especially if you have heavy luggage and don’t want to go up and down many bridges to your hotel. The room size is gigantic with super high ceiling, making the stay super comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipment and provide free drinks and snacks (refilled for free). Staffs are very helpful and nice. They helped me book the water taxi to/from airport. Definitely value for money. I will surely book the same next time I stay in Venice:

Good location with easy access to most major attractions. The apartment is well maintained, with good reception to provide any assistance if needed. Bed mattress is comfortable for a good night sleep. Slippers and bottled wates are provided for convenience too.

J’ai mis 3 au service car malheureusement l’hôtel ne contient pas de restaurant et pas de bar je trouve ça un peux dommage mes dans l’ensemble c’est un très bon hôtel et je vous le recommande à 100% très bien situer à coter de tout très calme et très propres le personnel super agréable souriant on nous a même porter nos valise jusqu’à la chambre

Excellent property. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto. There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.
