Шампунь, гель для душа и мыло предоставляются только в день заезда, как и туалетная бумага. Расположение я считаю, что в шумном месте, . Днём стройка, вечером и ночью громкая музыка из ресторанов. Шум моторов от кондиционеров постоянно. Вид из номера на море, что несомненно радует. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Других гостей мы не слышали, только если они выходили на балкон. На стойке регистрации всегда много народа. Нам достались частные апартаменты, нужно было связываться с хозяином для заселения, у нас все прошло благополучно. Но я видела пару, которым хозяин не отвечал, неизвестно, заселились ли они вообще.... Около лифтов всегда толпа. В целом отдых в данном отеле понравился»

«Муж забронировал для нас с подругой это вариант размещения. 27.07.2026 меня заселили в мой номер стандарт с видом на море. ВНИМАНИЕ! Номер 30-20. Самый ужасный! Во-первых был ужасный запах из канализационной системы! На полу туалетной комнаты была вода! Дверь в туалет не закрывалась, потому что откос просто разбух от воды! Бочок унитаза протекал и вода в нем не набиралась. Мебель в номере дешевая и устаревшая! Телефон не работал, я не могла связаться с ресепшн и вызвать скорую для подруги, которой было плохо! Телевизор не работал. Номер темный, потому что балкон угловой из темного стекла и там всего лишь 1 форточка, чтобы элементарно подышать воздухом, на балконе у вас этого не получится. После 2 дня я приняла решение пожаловаться на все недостатки данного номера, после чего мне его сразу же заменили на 31-08. Этот номер уже соответсвовал изображениям на сайте и моим ожиданиям. Номер был светлый, с исправной сантехникой, мебелью и техникой. Балкон был открытым и просторным. Кондиционер работал, так же как и телевизор. Почему нельзя было изначально заселить в соответствующий моей оплате номер? Сервис отвратительный! В первые дни я просила сушилку в номер 2 дня! Мне обещали и ничего не приносили! Так же в первый номер приходил мастер, чтобы починить телефон, но так и не починил. На лифт бывают очереди и лифт можно ждать 10 минут. Так же в номерах сильная слышимость. Если не хотите портить отпуск, не езжайте в целом в Батуми! А Courtyard не самое лучшее место для отдыха в этом городе.»

The lobby is modern and well-equipped with lifts that work efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The rooms are modern and well-furnished, providing all the essential amenities. The showers are clean and hot, with hot water flowing quickly and at the right pressure. The towels are fresh and clean, and the rooms come with plates and cutlery. The balconies offer a pleasant view, adding to the overall comfort of the rooms. However, during our six-night stay (originally booked for four nights and extended by two more), we encountered a significant issue with the cleaning service. Despite being informed that cleaning was conducted every third day, we were left without any cleaning for the entire duration of our stay. When we inquired about the lack of cleaning on the fourth day, we were told to wait as if someone would come to clean later during the day. However, when we checked out after 6 nights stay, we still didn’t see any cleaning service. To make matters worse, when we ran out of toilet paper, we contacted the reception, but we were told to wait and someone would bring them to us. Despite our repeated requests for cleaning, the toilet paper remained unavailability until we checked out (two days later). Additionally, the towels were never changed during our stay. The lack of cleaning service was the most significant issue we encountered, as it forced us to take out the trash ourselves and repeatedly ask for toilet paper, shower gel, and other amenities. The absence of a phone in the room meant that we had to go down to the reception to raise any concerns, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Overall, while the hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, the lack of a reliable cleaning service was a major drawback that affected our overall experience.»
