La relación precio/prestaciones es muy buena y la ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado del parasol urbano. La habitación está totalmente equipada con un juego completo de menaje de cocina y lavadora y secadora. Regístrese a las 3 en punto, envíe el correo electrónico de contraseña a las 2:45, no llegue temprano, no podrá entrar por la puerta. El único inconveniente es que el baño no está ventilado y el olor volverá.

This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

overall an okay place in a good location, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Noise: The street below doesn’t seem very busy, and we were on the third floor, yet we could hear every car and every group of people talking outside. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep, both for me and my mother. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Kitchen Equipment: The apartment’s kitchen was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t include even basic essentials — no salt, nowelcome coffee for the nespresso machine, not even a kitchen towel. These small touches don’t cost much, but would make the stay feel much more welcoming and comfortable. Bathroom Design: The toilet setup is quite unusual and doesn’t provide much privacy. It’s separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large gap (around 20 cm), so you can actually see into the living area from the toilet (s. the picture). Depending on who you’re traveling with, this might feel uncomfortable. Communication: Communication with the property could be improved. We received several emails in Spanish, which was confusing, and when I asked about luggage storage, I never got a reply. A bit more responsiveness and clarity would make the experience smoother. Rooftop Area: On the positive side, the building has a lovely rooftop area where you can relax on sun loungers, a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall: A good location and an nice room, but the noise level, lack of basic kitchen items and poor communication could definitely be improved.

Ubicación inmejorable, y la primera atracción está a la vuelta de la esquina. A 6 minutos del Teatro Flamenco, a 10 minutos de Macadona, a 10 minutos de la Catedral, a 20 minutos a pie/10 minutos en coche de la Estación/Playa de Español. Rodeado de restaurantes de tapas y bares, prefiero caminar 6 minutos cerca de la catedral para conseguir comida más sabrosa en esos restaurantes. Ascensor en el edificio de 5 plantas con una terraza pública en el piso superior. A mi padre le encanta quedarse allí, disfrutando de la puesta de sol. El apartamento ha sido recientemente reformado de forma moderna. Se proporcionan utensilios de cocina y vajilla. Debido a que llegamos tarde, el sofá no está equipado con ropa de cama. Este espacioso apartamento no tiene ningún problema para alojar a cuatro personas; los dos nos sentimos cómodos teniendo nuestro propio espacio. El wifi es rápido, pero no hay recepción en el dormitorio. Una mesa larga no tiene ningún problema para servir para comer y poner todos mis estudios sobre la mesa. Nos proporcionaron una cafetera y teteras, y la señora nos dio más tazas para nuestra estadía de 4 días. La lavadora hacía mucho ruido y el técnico la arregló al día siguiente. No nos quejamos, pero debería haber un empleado del hotel que trajera a los técnicos para que vinieran. Nos sentimos un poco inseguros al dejar que dos hombres entraran a nuestra habitación. Todo lo que mencioné se podría mejorar fácilmente sin mayores problemas. Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía allí. Queremos volver el año que viene.

No recibí el correo electrónico de Libere y fue un problema de 36 minutos intentar ingresar al apartamento. El personal del teléfono fue muy servicial y finalmente me llegó el código. recibió. Esta vez estaba en el tercer piso, un apartamento muy bonito con una hermosa vista.

Stylish accommodation with a bit of a wow factor. So close to being perfect, if only they could improve one or two things.

El complejo tiene una ubicación excelente, está en una urbanización que pertenece a Mijas y cuenta con restaurantes, un minimarket, acceso a la playa, piscinas tanto al aire libre como climatizada, SPA, y un montón de actividades. En cuanto al alojamiento nosotros estamos encantados, ya que al contar con cocina no dependes de horarios de comidas.
