The service, management of the hotel was awesome. We welcomed by warmed reception team. They arrange nice room with lake view which makes us crazy:) The lobby bar and the staffs are very good. The location of the hotel is also great If you have car:) However the only part which we did not like is the management of the restaurant. We decided to have dinner at hotel’s restaurant for the 1st night but th foods are very expensive, service is very slow. Its totally different atmosphere and feeling compare with rest of the hotel complex. But we still enjoy very much and planning to come again…

This was a truly luxurious hotel! And the staff were super friendly and helpful as well! Various individual staff members really went out of their way to make my visit to Xunhua enjoyable! We often say ”the people make a difference”, and this is absolutely true of the employees at this hotel!!! In addition to the great staff, the room was spacious and clean, also equipped with every possible modern convenience! Even though the hotel was in the middle of the city, I had a nice view of the nearby mountains. I would absolutely stay in this hotel on any future visit to Xunhua!!! In fact, just the opportunity to stay here is a good reason to go back! This hotel was so great that I hesitate to mention any minor drawback- but it should be said that the breakfast buffet was fairly minimal and lacked the wide variety of Chinese breakfast items offered in some other hotels during my recent trip to China.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, la estación de autobús está abajo. Instalaciones: La habitación no es grande, una persona puede vivir y dos personas están congestionadas. Las instalaciones están completas, con aceleradores y nevera. Salud: Cuando entramos en la habitación, el copo estaba en la cama, no sé qué significa. Luego, el personal de servicio explicó que había fallo de operación y también envió agua. Ambiente: El desayuno es bueno 😊, la variedad es rica y el sabor es bueno.

The rooms are spacious, clean and very well appointed. The decoration is of very good taste. The site is beautiful between the lake and the mountain.The hotel manager and receptionist were exceptional and helped us on several occasions well beyond our expectations. It is a hotel with a family spirit that I strongly recommend.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!
