很滿意，房間很大很乾凈，床墊柔軟度很合適睡得舒服。走着去西塔一公里左右，離亞明也很近。一開始擔心停車太貴，結果樓下洗浴中心的車位就可以停，有人管理，大概是20一天，在西塔地區好難得啊。超大的電視看着很爽，網速也特別快。就是感覺房間有點熱，哈哈，晚上睡覺開着窗的。

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Dalian. My room was on the 31st floor and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the view every day was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The owner was also very friendly and thoughtful. She checked in with me every day to make sure I had everything I needed, which I really appreciated. The only issue I had was that the hotel photos showed a washer under the counter, but there was actually no washer in the room. This was disappointing and a bit misleading. I hope the photos can be updated to better reflect the actual room amenities. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the beautiful view and hospitality.

自己一個人來住的 體驗感很好 招待我的哥人很好 很熱情 還免費給升級了房型 環境衞生沒得説 我皮膚很敏感 有兩次住酒店身上起了紅點點 所以幾乎每次出去住我都會自己備一次性床單 但這回忘了 問了哥一嘴沒有 大哥老有意思了 跟我説乾淨 老妹兒他孩子來也得住這配置的 我也懶得下樓再買了 就那麼住了 結果第二天安然無恙 所以你們真的可以放心大膽的住  絕對乾淨 這交通很便利 樓下就是彩電塔夜市 但我懶得動 沒去 還有最要感謝這個招待我的房東大哥 我有兩個手機 退完房落在屋裡一個 跟他聯繫 沒有一點不耐煩 又特意過來給我刷卡上去取手機 真的很盡責 來瀋陽玩你們選他家沒毛病 性價比非常高 最後祝老闆生意興隆 生意越來越紅火

The hotel is very pleasant, the apartment style makes it comfortable with children. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, which is ideal when you have picky eaters so you can cook quick and easy meals. The hotel also have a restaurant that serves western food. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too.

일단 방이 엄청 넓습니다. 中街의 모든 호텔은 작고 비싸서 이곳을 택했어요. 내부는 군더더기 없이 깔끔하고 있을건 다 있습니다. 특히 저는 방에 있던 전자레인지로 남은 배달음식 데워먹는 게 너무 좋았어요. 가격이 싸서 침대가 딱딱할까봐 걱정했는데 침대는 상당히 크고, 푹신하고 편해서 늦잠자다가 아침 시장 한번을 못갔습니다. 그정도로 숙면 가능해요. 그리고 호텔이 아니라서 외국인 주숙등기를 걱정했었는데, 여권사진 보내면 사장님이 다 알아서 해주십니다ㅎㅎ 숙소에서 中街까지는 택시로 10분 내외 소요됩니다. 동서남북 관광지 어딜 가던 시간이 비슷할 정도로 전략적인 위치에 있습니다. 저는 택시만 타서 몰랐는데, 바로 밑에 역이 있더라구요. 지하철 이용할 경우 더더욱 편리할 것 같아요. 건물1층엔 슈퍼가 있고, 수건케이크로 한국인에게 유명한 holiland도 있어요. 근처엔 스타벅스가 있는 적당히 큰 쇼핑센터도 있습니다 (심양 미니소 중에 가장 큰 미니소도 있어요) 아무튼 알짜배기 숙소입니다

Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

這次來大連旅行選的這家高空海景公寓真的是寶藏酒店啊！公寓地處星海廣場高層，全景落地玻璃窗，視野開闊零遮擋。白天躺在床上就能俯瞰整片星海廣場、蔚藍海灣，海風伴着陽光灑進屋子；傍晚落日漫過海面，傍晚霞光鋪滿跨海大橋，夜裡躺在床上直覽大橋璀璨燈光與廣場音樂噴泉夜景，不用出門就可以包攬星海全部美景，真的太棒了🌟

First of all, I am very satisfied with the hotel staff. They are very friendly and caring. As a professor of tourism management, I should thank them for their service and caring attitude towards guests. Regarding the hotel, it is very convenient for local/international travel and the location is also convenient. The room is very clean and comfortable. Overall, I encourage international and domestic tourists to consider them, as they deserve our stay. In the future, I will book again. I encourage hotel staff to carry hospitality spirit.🤞🤞🥰🥰

We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !

En primer lugar, el día del check-in me encontré con una jefa guapa, amable y atenta. Ella se dio cuenta de que estaba muy cansado (llegué alrededor de las 9 am y la habitación aún no había sido limpiada) y me pasó de categoría a una habitación con cama king size y vistas al mar de forma gratuita. Me sentí tan cálida y conmovida 💓 En segundo lugar, es realmente seguro alojarse en el hotel. Tienes que pasar tu tarjeta para entrar por la puerta y subir al ascensor. Para mí que viajo sola, me siento muy segura. Hay mucha comida abajo, así que no tengo que preocuparme por la comida ni la bebida. 🥰 Por último, el hotel dispone de instalaciones completas y todo lo necesario, y no son productos de baja calidad. Es como estar en tu propia casa y es muy cómodo para vivir. ¡Sin duda, tiene una buena relación calidad-precio! Me quedaré aquí la próxima vez🥹 PD. Olvidé tomar fotos del hotel (también porque no pude encontrar ningún problema) (esta es también la primera vez que escribo tantas palabras en mi reseña) Instalaciones: Excelentes (se siente bastante nuevo) Higiene: Excelente (se puede limpiar diariamente) Entorno: Excelente (muy cerca de La Mer y muy cerca de Venecia) Servicio: Excelente (los chicos guapos y las chicas guapas de la recepción son muy amables y pacientes)
