You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time.

自己一個人來住的 體驗感很好 招待我的哥人很好 很熱情 還免費給升級了房型 環境衞生沒得説 我皮膚很敏感 有兩次住酒店身上起了紅點點 所以幾乎每次出去住我都會自己備一次性床單 但這回忘了 問了哥一嘴沒有 大哥老有意思了 跟我説乾淨 老妹兒他孩子來也得住這配置的 我也懶得下樓再買了 就那麼住了 結果第二天安然無恙 所以你們真的可以放心大膽的住  絕對乾淨 這交通很便利 樓下就是彩電塔夜市 但我懶得動 沒去 還有最要感謝這個招待我的房東大哥 我有兩個手機 退完房落在屋裡一個 跟他聯繫 沒有一點不耐煩 又特意過來給我刷卡上去取手機 真的很盡責 來瀋陽玩你們選他家沒毛病 性價比非常高 最後祝老闆生意興隆 生意越來越紅火

Ubicación conveniente, cerca del mar, muchos cafés deliciosos diferentes, tiendas, metro a 5 minutos a pie. La oficina de check-in se encuentra en el primer piso a la derecha de la entrada del complejo residencial número 9, la oficina está abierta las 24 horas del día, el personal habla inglés, responde de inmediato a todas las solicitudes y las resuelve rápidamente. Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very pleasant, the apartment style makes it comfortable with children. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, which is ideal when you have picky eaters so you can cook quick and easy meals. The hotel also have a restaurant that serves western food. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too.

We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !

Usé el filtro de ducha que tomé durante cuatro días, pero el nuevo estaba en ese estado. Totalmente limpio 🌟 La entrega está en el primer piso. El hotel es un alojamiento amigable y incómodo.

Tenía este apartamento para poder cocinar un poco durante mi viaje a China. Tuve que pedir los suministros de cocina, pero me los trajeron. También pedí no fumar después de haber sido colocado en una sala de fumadores. Me dejaron pasar a una sala de no fumadores. ¡En general, me quedaría allí otra vez!

El hotel no está en una zona céntrica, pero es muy conveniente; el centro comercial y la estación de metro están justo al lado. En general, el personal es atento. No ofrecen lujos como mejoras de habitación, grandes sonrisas ni recuerdos, pero algunos empleados son muy considerados, como las mujeres del gimnasio y el técnico que enviaron a mi habitación para arreglar el aire acondicionado. ¡Un diez para su excelente servicio! Las comodidades son de estilo clásico, pero lo que más me gustó fue la bañera y la lavadora en la habitación.
