В апартаментах чисто, есть все, что нужно. Фен, моющие средства, микроволновка, плита, холодильник. Мы жили 3 ночи, уборки не было. Не поняли, как здесь это происходит. Но есть веник и швабра на кухне, мусор выставляли в пакетах за дверь. Слышимость звуков с набережной высокая, но в 22 часа ровно все замолкает и тишина вокруг. Если вас от 3х человек, то по цене-качеству это идеальный отель для проживания в Хэйхэ. Рекомендуем. Заселение с 14.00. Выезд до 12. Ключ дают один, но войти можно по видеодомофону в подъезде, если кто-то остался в номере.»

«The building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel.
Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell).
The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay.
Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus.
The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages.
There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases.
Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere.»

«Superb location. You can't get any closer to the MRT entrance. It's just right in front of the building.
Management is friendly and proactive too. He will ask ahead our estimated check-in time and gives direction to the apartment. We got upgraded to a bigger unit as they saw as having a big group of families with young children. That's a very thoughtful act of service. The apartment is big and clean and feels homey. Easy access to minimarts, cafes to grab your coffee and there's a nice dumpling restaurant, all just downstairs. Would love to come back again the next time we come to Harbin.»

At 14A floor, follow directions to front desk, where you will be greeted by a resident cat there. The bubbly young receptionist was friendly and she took photo of my passport as with other hotels. My room and pass code was sent to my WeChat in a jiffy. Loved the clean and spacious room, can even do your own laundry if your room comes with washing machine. Close to Harbin West Railway station and Metro station. I had a good night sleep after going for a bath house nearby (悦溪棠温泉洗浴）. Only downside， there are 5 lifts, can be a long wait for lifts and there are times when the lift stop at almost all floors. Other than this, highly recommended for single traveller to Harbin, value for money and conveniently located.»

miguelramI had a pleasant stay at this homestay. There was no formal reception, but staff were present and available when needed, which made everything run smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro y tiene fácil acceso a muchas atracciones de harbin por didi.
El hotel es un hotel muy útil. Nuestra hija tuvo un accidente y necesitaba asistencia médica. Ella nos trajo al hospital durante 2 días consecutivos, así como ser nuestro traductor durante todo el proceso. Eso hace que las cosas sean más rápidas y más fáciles, ya que no podemos hablar chino.
La casa es muy espaciosa y limpia.

La cama es muy limpia y cómoda en la habitación, los productos de cama blanca se ven limpios y cómodos, y duermen muy cansados. El programa de televisión es rica y persigue el drama muy hostil al descansar. También hay esta zona de sofá rosa, que es cálida y colorida, y es muy apropiado trabajar con amigos en el trabajo temporal y el descanso. The owner is nice and answers every question you have. The check-in is not that difficult, but if you need any more supplies than the ones you already have in your room (for example towels and toilet paper) you have to take it by yourself and it can be a little bit difficult at the beginning, but still it's ok. The location is fine, there isn't a metro station near the hotel, but you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes with a car and the snow and ice world in 10. The room is ok, but the shower is a little bit uncomfortable and there are some furniture that probably still need to be finished. The hotel is ok, but it can be better!
