Being a rather critical hotel reviewer, it was hard for me to find any specs that could be an issue. Check-in was extremely easy and pleasant, travelling with a child, the front desk people paid a lot attention and made sure everyone is happy!
I think the hotel staff made all the difference for this hotel to standout. I need to specifically mention a staff member who made our stay especially enjoyable, Jessie Dong, who went out of her way to make sure all our requests were met and resolved.
All in all, we miss our stay in this hotel and will definitely come back!»

«It was a great stay, everything was on point: the apartment had a great sea view from the window, the room was clean and the area was relatively quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby, the sea is in 5 minutes walking distance, in another direction there is a big night market, you can also reach it in 5 minutes. The service was also great, the stuff at the front desk was nothing but sweet. The only minus is that the hotel is a little hard to find on the map, but that’s not a big deal. He estado con este hotel varias veces y siempre han sido una gran opción de valor por dinero. Sin embargo, esta vez se sentía menos como los bcs que me pusieron en el edificio 6 que requiere un paseo por un paseo desplazado al lobby, al ascensor más cercano, al parque de estacionamiento de la base, y a shops/restaurants (and it was very inconvenient to doing it while carrying your bag/equipment). So if you get building 8/9, good. Other than that, you’re going to have an unwanted exercise.
El despacho de recepción fue un poco de golpe o de mierda. La vez anterior que me quedé aquí había una buena señora competente (Sra. Bella) en la recepción; pero esta vez el tipo que estaba allí tomó bastante tiempo para comprobarme y no se molestó en explicar nada más que mi número de habitación (fortunadamente he estado varias veces ya así que sé dónde está el desayuno y cuál es el tiempo, qué dirección a los diferentes edificios, qué hacer para obtener gratis estacionamiento, etc).

This is a great place to stay if you like skiing as the slopes are literally on your doorstep! There apartments we stayed in were however tiny, our one neighbor was smoking and the other had a dog. So it was not all that restful.
The hot springs were great!
And the food in the Skiing Zone was pretty good with many options.

It was a great stay, everything was on point: the apartment had a great sea view from the window, the room was clean and the area was relatively quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby, the sea is in 5 minutes walking distance, in another direction there is a big night market, you can also reach it in 5 minutes. The service was also great, the stuff at the front desk was nothing but sweet. The only minus is that the hotel is a little hard to find on the map, but that’s not a big deal. Usuario invitadoThe apartment was clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. When we needed help they came up immediately and even walked us to nearby locations to make sure we knew where we were going.
A few areas for improvement.
- The queen bed was a little hard
- there was sewage smell coming from the toilet that was rather strong we had to close the bathroom
- the room was hot so we had to open the windows even after they came to look at the temperature in our room
Overall it was a good stay.
